    Yeah they're big landlords now too so they can make lots of money renting out the always expanding list of people's homes that they steal was never a thought for a grandfather's or disabled people or families that they're put out onto the street and into financial institution just got to keep those shareholders happy and try hose big ceo bonuses rolling in!

    Risk shared with a government sponsored entity in conservatorship. Sounds like a one sided win. Why does it benefit the average person to protect the government from home defaults if the homes are sold at market price to the public? This is another propping of the housing market benefiting those who either commission or profit on home price appreciation.
