Terri your so right about sitting. I was at a very physical job I never had to worry about my weight. Well I went back to sitting office job and the weight is just piling on and it sure doesn’t take long. I’m seriously thinking of buying a flat small treadmill and if possible taking it to work with me if it isn’t to heavy. I do work by myself and on a slow night it is do able. Plus I work 12 hr night shift. I’m always love watching you and your family and all the goodies I’m just glad I’m in Canada Ontario and can’t just walk over to your shop. I would need more then a treadmill lol.

I had something similar to Zoo Pal plates as a kid, but they were plastic reusable ones. One thing I could suggest for the labels for smaller bags if you can't fit all of the ingredients, keep the front side of the label the same size, but make the back longer. Fold and staple so the front is where it normally is, then fold the back up to make a little flap that's not too long 😊
