This song was playing in my mind this morning. I had to come listen to it.
Reminds me of my late momma. She played this song and so many others while I was a child.
Great James Last Orchestra. Wow!
Memory of another day it reminds me something I love it
my childhood's melancoly about missing my village and it's people....going to school in another place...thinking about future also..in vagueness...strange mood this song gave me around 12 years old...
I’m never ever getting over this song in life. It’s the only song that connects me with my late dad. He’d always play this at night. I feel him around me whenever I play this song. Thank you for making this piece. It’s more than just a song to me.🙏💕
Good old days in Nigeria in the 1970's

I feel the same, our old memories. We're still here and here we are and here we are again .I am not in a hurry to leave this world I know to the unknown. God blessed us all ,,I mean equally the same but quantitatively different. I love my poor life because in every nothing there is something,,who knows what's good for me and that's is why whenever I seek I will always found. because there is something in every nothing. May God bless people like me who sees something in every nothing.
OMG ! This is bringing back good old memories 😘

"Indiana wants me" by James Last (His blessed memory) brings back flood of memories during my formative years. Things were so hard then. My Lord God kept His eyes on me as I was growing up. Suddenly my cousin and his childhood friend came into the room with the LP of James Last and this song was played over and over again till the following morning. Thanks TJ for the life you had led at the time.

what about the rest of the songs? please do upload the rest.
Never heard this version before good but no comparison to R Dean Taylors original
This comment section sounds like a class registers….”Present Teacher”🤣
This is not a song for chorus. The emotional impact comes from one man telling his story. And there is no need to have that insect-sounding synth buzzing along in the higher registers. I’m glad for the people who enjoy it, but I grew up with the original and this just doesn’t work. I am interested in how a German orchestral leader got hold of a song like this and decided to rework it. It’s like outlaw country mixed with schlager music.
I totally agree! This sounds like a train wreck!
it is a classic. far better than the original.
