My father has owned 4 Jaguars since 2012, he bought a 2010 xfr in black. We were a family of four, and it was a family race car lol! We did 300km/hr the whole way through Saskatchewan on a road trip from BC to manitoba. We went from kelowna to penticton (45 min drive) in 20 minutes, down a windy curvy mountain highway. The jaguar handled so well on road, and it was a show piece wherever we went. It beat gallardo's, Audi r8's, corvettes, mustang's and mopar cars, everything, it walked on everything!!

Absolutely stunning Jag, being 0.5secs slower then the M5 doesn´t really mean a lot considering that the Jag is way softer to drive and much more quiet then the M5. I'm not British and I absolutely love Jaguar. BMW is a world class car but it doesn't have the soul of Jaguar. I only wish that Ford hadn't sold them to Tata. Some wealthy Brit needs to buy them back before Tata moves production to India or China. The current Jaguars were designed during the Ford days, there is no telling what might happen now.
In the metal the Jag is by far the prettiest of the big 4-doors. It might not be the best, most technologically modern, or ostentation of the Germans, but it's definitely the one with the soul.

Apart from JLR service costs and around 20mpg, it’s behaved impeccably to date.
HUGE ‘smiles per miles’ and it’s great to leave a Tesla behind. One of the only cars I tap and smile at when I get out.
Decisions, decisions 🤔 The M5 gets me everytime but the running costs frighten the life out of me, more than the 0-200 mph!! Is the Jag just as good? They're the same price these days as well ❤️
Buy one, take it to Viezu and have the upper pulley reduced. That'll get you 590/600hp with a map. Or go for the full upper and lower pulley conversion and get 650+hp. My XKR has this done, and it's epic!
Jaguar szczyt perfekcji, idealizmu i klasy z tak agresywna dusz! cos pieknego!
God I miss this show! The literal best auto journalism in history!!!
I Think i've fallen in love with Jaguar...
I wonder how many codes that thing threw after he was done thrashing it.
Not as many as the Beemer...
2:49 all we know is he's called the sound editor. and he's BACK!
In the metal the Jag is by far the prettiest of the big 4-doors. It might not be the best, most technologically modern, or ostentation of the Germans, but it's definitely the one with the soul.
We miss you guys soo much man
I miss the old Top Gear
It's estimated that 99.97% of Jag owners do not do donutts, nor slide sideways around corners but it does make good TV
The final part of 10:03 by Doves and a Jaguar powersliding. You can’t ask for anything else.
I love the XF even though im not the worlds biggest Jag fan, ive always been more into Aston's.
Love the bagpipes playing will flogging the shit out of it.
It may be anything, but the BMW was replaced by the F10 in 2010.
Here a discontinued model is compared with a new model...
From 2:45 to 2:53 you can hear everything Jezza says .... Or do you ?
Had a prestige Xf have just upgraded to R Sport. 2 Litre Diesel with new engine even faster but even more economic. 46 MPG average last 22,000 miles with Prestige so expecting 50 now.
That’s a real ”growler”..😂😂😂👍!
I see what you did there😉
I bought the Jaguar - it is an outstanding car -it is pure class with all the spped -BMW very good -the jag just has such class in business -this is perfect.
I want a Jaaag (never have to pay for anything :))!
5:06 with subtitles... it’s a split ass.
Fair enough 😂
the best car i've ever sat in :D
2:34 That is one awesome drift.
That is a beautiful car tho.. :)
that sound at 1:15... WOW!
I'd take that JAG over any BMW.
He wasn't wrong, it's an epic car - a sports car with unbelievable handling that doubles as a comfortable family car.
"It's like sitting on a fat dog" xD
@hopkin104 Yes, from the styling alone, it looks so good with that boomerang tailamps, focused headlights, huge grille, and elegant waistline....
The Jag is an infinitely better looking car than the M5 which looks like every other BMW. Dare to be different, don't follow the footballers and drug dealers, go Jag!
My moms boss owns of those and she took it for a drive(I took it out when everyone was sleeping) and its an awesome car
"I've got so much torque I could tear a hole in time!" :D
God, Top Gear's videography is amazing.
"i've got so much torque I COULD TEAR A HOLE THROUGH TIME!!!"
The ultimate beast that m5 :) Like the Jaguar too, it looks so nice from the back
