They will instantly throw you if you’re right next to them, so you have to be outside the range of where throwing is possible to land a hit. As for uppercutting, the key is in the timing. It doesn’t work all the time, but more often than not I can land an uppercut on the wakeup after being knocked down by holding down for just the right amount of time. If you uppercut too early, they’ll duck and uppercut you instead; if you wait a fraction of a second too late, they’ll throw you for crouching while too near to them. The timing must be extremely precise.
kloopon The one I hate the most is when they throw you into a corner. It’s bad enough when they throw you, but then they trap you in the corner with the jump kicks. You can’t attack, jump away, or do anything till the ai decides to throw you back out again, and by the time it does you’re already dead or so low on life you stand no chance of winning. It’s completely inescapable and even more bullshit than the normal bullshit this game’s ai gives.
That whirlwind to double jump kick is devastating. Kung Lao is probably the most underrated character in the series. Did he have teleport in this game?
I've seen this before. After the round starts, both Reptile and Scorpion standing animations reverts to Sub Zero one. Also happens with Millena, who use Kitana's.
I think that it would’ve been more dramatic if you actually saw Shao get off his throne and come down to fight you. That would be so cool! Defeating Khan is awesome!

You know, back in the day when I played this and Streetfighter I noticed that if you put the dificulty settings 1 lower of the max setting its quite harder. Because on the hardest you can 99% predict what the enemy fighter will do. 1 setting lower and it has a random other style vs you.

This is considered the worst AI ever in a game of its genre. The AI in this video is even "doctored" to the point of absurd.
