- Packing a punch with a ton of accessories makes this highly anticipated Transformers x TMNT collaboration figure a ton of fun to play with. Cowabunga! 
By the way, I clearly see now on the underside of vehicle mode where you can tab Raph's sais and Leonardo's swords. I also forgot to flip the wheels down to under the feet in robot mode at the end.

The rotating belt buckle and swappable headbands are cute and all, but I'll never understand why they didn't cast his head in gray plastic and just call him Metalhead.
Because then you won’t have people buying 4 of each so they can have all 4 turtles.
Yea? Ill probably just repaint mine to be all scrappy and old looking. I mean cmon. The ninja turtles are poor? Why does this shit look so pristine
Thanks for the review!! I'm looking forward to this guy even more now. And, I now realize that the Bumblebee I saw posted in still photos on TFW is the MPM...was thinking it was a deluxe sized Bee...which lead me to think this guy is a lot smaller. He does seem fiddly with all of those accessories, but the base robot seems really solid and he cleans up pretty well for a SHELLformer (lol).
Nice i have the ghostbusters x X transformers and its got its own issues with pieces falling apart etc,this is really neat and and more steady to its pieces on it! I would love to have it as a part of my tmnt collection! Awesome review thanks for sharing man! 😉
I've bought the new reissue of the muatin turtles to have alongside this guy for when I finally get him. August release for the UK though if I'm remembering correctly but I get that many new bits a year it's hard to keep a track of who's due and when. When you say "you'd like this for a part of your TMNT collection" what's stopping you? He'll be available everywhere soon.
That is awesome you got this early! My son is excited for this as I am too. Even though the price is a little high, they must of jumped through hoops for the licensing and making sure that Nickelodeon & playmates liked the design. Also I am glad we got the four faceplates and weapons and such. I don’t mind paying that price since we got everything that makes it a valuable to play with.

Thanks for the early review! Look like a fun lil' toy, it's nice to see how nimble it is despite being a chunky boy, just like WFC Grapple\Inferno or Legacy Bulkhead. Didn't expect that belt buckle gimmick, really nice surprise!
I've never been a major Turtles or Transformers fan, but I think this is an awesome piece. If I were a Turtles fan, I'd definitely want this.
They needed to make all four transform into one van! would have drove sales to buy four instead of one!

If Party Wallop was a Power Ranger Megazord, the only way it would be able to use the weapon of the TNMT is to swap mask, otherwise it's only weapon is a Shield.
That's...actually very similar to how the Zeo Megazord works. Sure, its main weapon is that sword, but it's only accessible with the Red helmet. Other helmets provide different attacks (Pink basically has a mortar cannon, I forgot what Yellow does, Blue has a gravity field, Green shoots the horn tips as missiles).
Funnier yet, the belt buckle looks like the way the Power Morphers looked on the ol' skool Bandai America Auto-Morphin Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures.
Im head cannoning that he allows a turtle to co pilot, and he takes on part of that turtles personality and fighting style, using thier weapons and swapping masks and such.

Ah ha! So it's that little tab that causes the panels popping out issue! I thought mine was defective since I couldn't get it to tab properly and the panel kept popping out.

As much as I don’t like hollowness, I think this time it helps to sell the armored aesthetic, as the actual limbs seem mostly fine
Love tmnt and transformers but prefer if they maked them pretender shells
It shouldve come with its own color bandana. A maskless turtle feels kind of ordinary

I enjoyed your review. I found this at Amazon and pre-ordered four. kind of regret . The pictures didn't look that great. But when I saw your video it look better on video.
Is it me or did I just realize the transformer of the ninja turtle doesn’t have the symbol of the Aoba or Deceptikon?
my only gripe: look at the color of the green roof on the box vs the toy itself. The box color is the color it should have been.
I gotta admit, i love the box, but the figure just doesnt catch me as much as some earlier collabs
He feels more like a GI-Joe collab than the other ones we’ve had. Plus the licensing agreement to use the turtles must’ve been steep which would explain the price and cost cutting on the figure.

They should have made him a transtector with four headmasters based on the turtles.
I also think it would have been cool if the weapons were cast in orange plastic like the original toys.

Either on the chest or on the arm... there are no ports on the back for storage.
