  • On January 27, 2023 in Florida, an officer observed a man driving a golf cart on a public roadway. The golf cart was multiple cars in front of the officer, and before he could get close, the golf cart turned into a gated community. The officer followed and eventually caught up when the man pulled into his driveway. When the officer advised the man of the violation and requested his identification, the man became defensive and refused to provide any ID. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
Footage on Body Cam Watch is for educational purposes only. All information has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies and is considered by law to be public information. The subjects in these videos are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Body-worn camera footage has been edited for length and in accordance with RUclips community guidelines while maintaining a journalistic focus.

And the ego on this guy... He's used to giving orders all his life. He's not gonna submit to some cop on "his driveway".. And the explanation is hilarious "he just wanted to know whether it's legal for the cop to ask him for a driving license".. Yeah buddy, the cop told you so multiple times but all of a sudden you and your side squeeze became criminal lawyers who know the law better that Supreme Court judges.
When the cuffs go on buddy, they don't come off, especially for your girl who wanted to stop the officers from arresting you. She's lucky she didn't end up on the ground.

@@sbadrawi2011awell, you have to consider that the implicated party escalated it to this point. The supervising officer gave him the option (which was the ultimatum) of providing his ID/Driver’s license or being arrested. The previous officer told him something to that effect before having to call in the supervisor. The offender’s behavior asserts control of the situation up and until he was being arrested, at which time he instantly transforms into the picture of victimhood, with pleas for understanding and leniency. Stop with the strongman moves and do the simple and sensible thing and hand over the ID. Anyone who is adamant that nothing wrong transpired, is capable of showing up to contest the infraction.
