I genuinely don’t think anything will ever come close to the rave scene back in the day......it was an honour and a privilege to have been part of that generation it was just amazing times
Was just telling my baby daughter (who is now 21 going to events herself) a funny story about Fantazia, meeting the dancers for N.R.G.s set, and a little later when they were late to the stage we hear over the P.A. " We need NRG on the stage. NRG to the stage. NRG, I repeat, NRG to the stage..." Some of the dancers were on the stage on time and tried to keep the crowd entertained by dancing to whatever random tracks were being put on, poor kids... I was looking around trying to figure out where the metalhead guy who'd driven us there had disappeared to, since it was his first rave and maybe his 2nd trip, when suddenly I see him, this long-haired giant guy in combat boots, jump up on that fancy stage going "I'm here! I got you, I got lots of energy!" and start enthusiastically dancing all over the stage. His dancing style was more along the lines of windmilling-arms skipping jumping acid mosh pit than anything else, since he was still a beginner at the ways of the ravers, but he was fast and really into it, so it took security a longer time than expected to catch our 7-foot Padawan. He didn't even know security was trying to intercept him and just kept bouncing away. Hahaha
Oh my God what a tune! Unfortunately I was only 12 when this tune came out so was a bit young to be going to these raves, but still remember tunes such as these. This was happy music! Back in this day there was no talk of stabbings or shootings! I think the youth of today need to listen to this music!!!! :-D
Every generation says the 'good old days' were the best. In reality we were all teenagers - still young enough to see all the magic in life. You hit 25-30 and you have probably lost a few people you loved, the magic disappears and you no longer feel invincible. You realise just how much life can suck. This tune really does take me back though.
Good Times would not change anythink I did back then in the late 80's early 90's. shout to all the oldskool ravers. shout to the original Fantazia crew, and the Universe crew awesome nights. and a big high 5 to all the other promoters. Sunrise Amnesia House, Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, so many more....ps this was a wicked night.., ;-)
This was the one, this was the tune that got me hooked and I'm still a massive DnB fan to this very day. Used to love the days when I could listen to Unity FM.
Oh my God, I used to be in love with this tune, I heard it first in Greece, on my vacation, ahh, about 15 years ago, jeez, we used to party like crazy. Good old days, I miss all the fun we used to have, everything changed...
It's shame to think the youth of the future will probably never get to live through something so liberating ,ground breaking ,loving and shear euphoric as these days . even now I still get a little rush and that tingle up my spine . we were the last generation to experience true freedom to live it up .next year I am old enough to go on a saga holiday I wonder if top buzz are at any of their venues
bassassin the obsessions club , the park wormelow hereford friday nights on strawberries and ohms !!! Then over to diggers in chippenham after the fire at the park !!!! Awesome how im still alive i never know !! Oh and i maybee see you awn the saga holiday 🤣👍🏻
my first year at uni 91/92, slamming the shite out of the DF (dance floor), arms rotating like a f**ked up windmill - and everyone was doing the same !!! good times man, dam good times...
Yeah, tough to find the words to describe the experience in those years- new music, new parties, like some massive communal awakening. When I get the words, expect a story.
AWESOME! I was attending illegal raves in '92, whilst in my last year at school, then soon as I hit 18 I toured the hardcore and techno clubs of the UK! Put yer adidas trackie on, pie-hat, white gloves, whistle round yer neck (a few gurners) and stand at the front of the stage raving until they chucked everyone out!
I had the first taste album and the video of it, most of that video footgae is from that video and takes me ba k to being 12 years old. Right now watching it I'd do anything to have been old enough to go to a Fantazia rave back then, feel I missed a magic era in dance music.
tears in my eyes. the time is gone, I'm old and we never will have the same time back. I never ever will forgett all the cool parties from Basel to Berlin back to Zürich
bring back the good old days great nites out, parties, drugs no fights every one havin a good time showin my age but who cares would love an old skool nite again
killer tune!! man this takes me back. abandonded warehouse. 5000 people going mental. no violence. good vibes. feeling like you were part of something. experiencing a real progression of music all around you and a community of like minded people. the kids today with their indie are all retro and i feel sorry for them. we've reached the 21st century and how is that reflected in popular culture? rehashign early 80's nu-wave. bollocks to it
I'm really happy after who knows how many years I found this song seems to me it lacked all those years to regain the strength I once had. now I am born again ... Greetings everyone
partys aren't like this nowadays. i wish it were tho. the atmosphere must hav been amazing! all the rigs and sound systems in norfolk - keep on goin and keep the party scene alive! x
gekkehuissie !!! This is my ultimate FAVO track ever !!! Goosebumps by seeing the vid !! ;) :) .......the best years of my life.....and we've been there !!! done them, and I've enjoyed them more then than I'll ever be abel to cherisch them ;)) , but the love for this beautiful gift......will NEVER die, hahahahahha, THANXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX !!!!!!! this is a very nice beginnig of the week.....*smile*...... greetzz debora
damn this video reminds me of atmosphere we had in our drum&bass clubs where ppl were coming to listen to the music &have fun unlike modern house&rnb clubs where everybody just showing off
I genuinely don’t think anything will ever come close to the rave scene back in the day......it was an honour and a privilege to have been part of that generation it was just amazing times

Jesus Christ where did it go wrong!?? Take me back to the 90s please 😭😭😭
I feel so blessed to have been a part of the early 90s rave scene. It was a musical revolution and it was just so hip.
We danced on the roof of our hotel on this number Summer 1992, Spain, Callela. Now I am 40, what a memories!
54 now yeah? Lol ✌️❤️💯🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
makes me want to cry. those were the best days.
The mature couple at 2.13 gave me goosebumps - everyone should experience a night like this in their lifetime
That's me now second time around lol
Ha now we're the mature couples
This was played as the the sun came up by RatPack on my 21st birthday best memory ever.
Best memory for me too as the sun came up at Matchams - best days of my life - can’t believe it all happened 30 years ago

I recall this. These were the days. Amazing. Brings a tear to my eye
My 17 year old son has to listen to this music at 100 decibels! when hes in daddy's car!
A proper education is very important.
I would love to be able to torture my offspring that way. 😆

I started at 13 so it was possible :)))

Yeah, tough to find the words to describe the experience in those years- new music, new parties, like some massive communal awakening. When I get the words, expect a story.
The music era between 1987 and 1993 was the best in mine opinion! One word to describe it would be: FRESH! 😃
what track! played in Germany through entire 1992. if an anthem, then this..
My girlfriend is in one of those clips. Was there. Don’t regret it one bit. We Are E.
Long live the 90s, needs to come back. ✊

Bliss. Many of these people are now in their 60s. But the music lives on.
