    Bonjour Wesley,
    Too short video !
That said, I have read your comments about the unexpected noises and undertsand this machine needs a lot of work. do you have the skills and the tools to do it or should you call on specialists if they exist?
    Amicalement, Raphaël

      Bonjour Raphaël,
Indeed it is much too short.
We have the skills and machinery to do the job... Just the time part is where the biggest shortage falls. One really would rather be steaming, albeit a little louder than what could be, there's no risk of catastrophic failure with the mentioned ailments.
I hope your winter was not too harsh and you'll have many hours of steaming your boats this spring and summer.
      Best regards, Wes

You ever figure out what that nasty clunk is from?

The pump links are making a bit of noise, but the worst offenders are the HP Stephenson link die-block and die-block slippers. The expansion links need their radius' re-machined parallel, and a whole new HP die block machined out of some aluminum bronze. A balanced slide valve or piston valve conversion on the HP would be a real treat and help a lot as well. All time and money.
