I have this Vinyl and I cut it on my Cricut. I works well, but It does not have a carrier sheet. I have 2 rolls left of a glittery aqua and a glittery lavender. I just need to figure out how to get them on a carrier sheet. They cut fine, up to 1/2 inch, smaller than that it tears the vinyl. I use the purple strong grip mat and it holds this in place without a problem. My setting is a custom setting of 285, one pass and I use the default setting. Fine point blade. Hope that helps. I have not tried it on my Silhouette yet.

okay, so I cut this on the GLITTER CARDSTOCK setting on my cricut which was perfect. glitter side up no mirror. I have transfered it by simply laying items into place and using parchment or teflon. I have also printed my design mirrored, then used a previously used piece of heat tranfer backing placed upside down over the printed image (so that i could put it into the proper positioning), then tranfering the pieces onto the backing glitter side down. these both worked good with a normal glitter heat setting of 320 for about 20 seconds or a medium setting on my clover mini iron. Looked great, but I would not repurchase Hope this helps someone :)

Okay, Mel I tried the glitter vinyl htv. Problem is there doesn’t appear to be a carrier sheet only the actual iron on stuff. If I ever get it cut, how do my letters not move? Cutting wasn’t fun either. I tried blade 5 speed 5 and then the trial and error stage began. I tried 18. 22. 25 30. No go. I don’t know if it was my sticky pad from silhouette, it kept not cutting. Directions said to put it glitter side up no mirror. I didn’t have any more time to experiment. I will try again tomorrow, but I don’t know how a design doesn’t shift if you remove the excess which defeats the purpose of cutting so it doesn’t shift. I am horrible at placing so I think I will need to use carrier sheet from previous cricut iron on. Let me know if you find any answers. I bought a lot, too. ☹️

I just found the beautiful vinyls yesterday at Tuesday Morning. I have a Cricut Maker and I wasn’t happy with the backing, it stuck to my mat and was so difficult to work with. I believe it’s due to being to delicate. Any suggestions????

Just what happened to me. It stuck to my Silhouette mat, and painful to hand weed. I’m glad I didn’t start with this because I would’ve give up on vinyl completely.

I was curious to see what others thought about Mark Richards HTV. I bought some at Tuesday Morning. and I was very disappointed. It did not cut cleanly. I won't buy it again.

Okay so after several tries the glitter vinyl cuts on my silhouette at blade 2 speed 5 and force 4. One pass. I used the cricut transfer that came with the cricut glitter vinyl. It seems it is thinner. I have a lot of glitter letters cut out because I started at force 7 and dialed it down from there to 4. I. Ruined at 2 inches instead of the entire roll. I hope this helps. This was for the Mark Richards vinyl from Tuesday Morning.

Are you able to share a glitter how you used the htv vinyls with cricut to place on apparel? I had a hard time

There isn't clear backing which makes it impossible to weed. I destroyed a whole role trying to figure it out

I bought 3 rolls of heat transfer. I will try it tomorrow on a T-shirt. I did get the silver glitter and my silhouette kind of tore some up. I was watching another video and she said perfect cut would be blade 2, speed 5 and force 11 double cut which I interpreted to mean 2 passes. It took some of the lettering off completely so I had to hand weed and place. It wasn’t ruined but the transfer tape I also got from Tuesday Morning didn’t stick at all, so I think I need stronger transfer tape for the glitter vinyl. It wasn’t supposed to cut all the way through which I think it did on the second pass. I am not sure what to do next, maybe just 1 pass. It was really thin vinyl, so I will try again tomorrow with these adjustments. I am hoping it works both with the htv and regular glitter vinyl. I will post a note tomorrow. I bought more also after getting some htv from Joann’s last week. That was way easy, but the cricut vinyl was still more expensive though not the $21 I saw beforehand. Thx for your video.

@@hearts1217 Curious if you've played around with this more. My mother just bought me a ton of the Mark Richards HTV (some solid, some glitter) for my birthday, and I'd hate for it to go to waste. Thanks!

I've used that HTV. It's nice but it's thin and it doesn't have a backing sheet. Cut it on a thinner setting. But it transfers fine and looks great!!
