Lol, some people couldn't accept the fact that JYP have seen something from her that's why he made her as a main Dancer. Being a main dancer doesn't mean that you have to be powerful or energetic when it comes to dancing, there are still lots of basis. It's true that Mina and Momo have different techniques when performing but that doesn't mean that Mina is not capable of being a main dancer. Mina is a clean dancer and when she's dancing, even it seems that she's not giving her 100 percent yet the choreography looks elegant and clean. Having an overpower and energetic moves are not the only basis to be a main dancer. Try to accept that people and be happy for them that they came back as OT9 today. SUPPORT TWICE

MY BIAS I MISSED YOU 💜 You see, this is why Mina is a Main Dancer. Aside from the fact that the other members acknowledged her ability to grasp and memorize the steps, she also has excellent control when she performs. She doesn't overdance or slack off midway through the song. She maintains a good energy and matches the vibe of each part of the song. Another thing I noticed is that Mina is one of the few idols who doesn't mouth the song when it isn't her part. I find this very respectful. We were taught in theatre and music theory that we shouldn't mouth lyrics when it isn't our turn to speak as respect to the one currently in the spotlight and to ease any distractions. I love this about Mina; and I've observed that throughout TWICE's performances. I'm really REALLY happy she is able to promote with the other members now. We missed you, Mina! 💜

Agreed. I think everyone in TWICE are great dancers and I actually dislike the idea of giving titles like "main" and "lead" in their position. Because I think this made people think the lead is not as good as the main and will never be as good as the main, and that's so wrong. Let's just agree that all of them is great by their own style.

as a art and musicion student,i realise that Mina dance technic is same as BTS Jimin ,Bp rosé and Itzy Chaeryoung.smooth but sharp.They way she dance is elegant and show no pressure in dance.She can slay in other dance like ballad too. Mina wont be called as main dancer for no reason

I'm sorry but she definitely does not deserve the position as main dancer, she does all the moves and she does them correctly, but so does every other member in this group. Just because you can perform the moves correctly does that make you a main dancer. She's stiff and her heart's not in it. she doesn't have any rhythm. Jihyo if u look at her fancam is just Superior. She's completing all the dance moves but she's smooth Swift and precise with all of her moves. she has soul and heart in it. I'm not trying to hate but I am looking at it critically

The thing I love about Momo and Mina's dance is that when you put them together, it sends different vibes. Momo is a bit aggressive while Mina dances in an elegant way. But both have the sharpness, body control and details, clean moves and fluidity in their own techniques. Not overdanced, no too much energy, just pure natural dance. They're the REAL main dancers.
Btw, Mina looks like a summer princess with a SWAG. 😍

From this performance, Mina is proving that she’s one of Kpop’s Main Dancer. She’s probably not as powerful as Momo. But what’s unique about her is that she could combine her power with her elegance that makes her dance looks effortless without under-danced it. JYP also made her the Main Dancer because of her consistency throughout the whole performance yet she managed to capture every detail of the dance. And her facial expression also improved as well. JYP really made the right choice back then!
