in short: terms of use for my songs is that for most of my songs you do not use them unless I allow it. To elaborate on case specifics: if it's a custom ULTRAKILL level, the level needs to be at a high quality standard. So: good level design, enemy placement, well balanced, looks nice, etc. You aren't allowed to use requested original songs like this one for other levels. If it's for a video, this depends on whether or not a song is publicly released. I tend to upload songs when their albums aren't out yet (namely blood ops), and for those you have to ask me before using it. Most of the time the answer is yes, but I may do exceptions. As for if you can use remixes, I would rather you ask for my permission first as to my knowledge, remixes tend to be associated with mediocre fan projects, which I don't want to see happen with any of my remixes, especially when fans of said projects are kids. I don't want to have comment sections flooded with messages from 12 years old kids, hope you understand that. Finally, in terms of using songs for your games, here's a short and evident answer: No. If you want to use songs made by me in your games, I'll make new ones for it, but you have to pay me, obviously. Hey, I tried to make a mix of both the combat and clean versions together to simulate what Hakita does by mixing both calm and combat versions into one track in the OST, do I have permission to post it, the video is not monetized in anyway and I will provide credits in the description of the video and state it's not the official video in the title, of course providing a link to the original in the description as well
