I think what makes Obi such a well loved character is the fact that he has such good qualities. He's always there for Shirayuki and is nothing but supportive. He's an all around good guy and i think that's what makes it even harder knowing that he's probably not going to end up with her. In any other romance series, he'd probably be a protagonist. I hope by the end he's at least able to find someone who likes him for who he is.

I love obi so much honestly I wouldn’t mind if he ended up with shirayuki but I know that it won’t happen. Still he’s great as he is and deserves a lot more appreciation I just love his selfless and playful attitude. By far the most interesting character in the series and I feel so bad for him because I know shirayuki is never gonna reciprocate his feelings. Of course I still want zen and shirayuki to be together more, so maybe another love interest for Obi?

If only they'd adapted the manga as faithfully as Vanitas no Carte was done. Akagami no Shirayuki hime would be the anime of the season!
