I think what makes Obi such a well loved character is the fact that he has such good qualities. He's always there for Shirayuki and is nothing but supportive. He's an all around good guy and i think that's what makes it even harder knowing that he's probably not going to end up with her. In any other romance series, he'd probably be a protagonist. I hope by the end he's at least able to find someone who likes him for who he is.

Still he’s great as he is and deserves a lot more appreciation I just love his selfless and playful attitude. By far the most interesting character in the series and I feel so bad for him because I know shirayuki is never gonna reciprocate his feelings. Of course I still want zen and shirayuki to be together more, so maybe another love interest for Obi?

No offense but I think zen deserve someone better than shirayuki cause in season 1 we see that they both confessed there love for each other and kissing each other means technically they become couple but what after that shirayuki start spending her time with obi and dancing with Price raj also asking price Raj to spend time with her, And grabbing ryus hand ( We know ryu like shirayuki) and she let obi to touch her or she occasionally grab her waist, what's the heck is this she is in romantic relationship with someone ( also future queen) and the rights which should have only to zen are getting used to others and other hand zen continually Improving himself and we know how hard his past is with both mental and physical Obstacles but despite those all he truly love her even he Rejected the ideas of leastly meeting with other girls for marriage, this relationship is just like one sided and forcefull Author should just Start an arc with Making Obi and Shirayuki as a couple and Introduced a new female lead who is better suit for Zen than that Shirayuki I don't get what the way Authors is thinking that's unacceptable

It just hits harder for Obi because he's my favorite character!😭 If only they'd adapted the manga as faithfully as Vanitas no Carte was done. Akagami no Shirayuki hime would be the anime of the season!
