What a great way to use those collections we HAD to have but never used lol! This is great for beginners; also great for experts to get their "mojo" back. Sometimes you just need a quick "wow" project and this is it! Well done!
Thank you so very much for the wonderful class and I appreciate your teaching skills, very easy to understand how to be successful! Have a Beautiful Blessed Day Full of Happiness and Creativity!!
Thanks so much for your clear explanations. I’m not crazy about some of those papers but I think that once the photos are in and all the embellishments are done, I don’t think it is going to matter about the papers. Thanks for your inspiration 👍🏻😀
I made this little book and o just love it! I added some flaps and magnet closures. I did not use the ribbon closure, but now I regret that. But it is still the cutest thing ever! Thanks for sharing
Hi Amber.... .I can see why it's yr favorite mini album..I just made one...its lovely I just love it....no measuring pages and all that nonsense..... I loved making it.....and as u said so much real estate...christine Greetings from sunny south 🇿🇦
Fabulous idea. I absolutely love the fact that you use the whole 12 x 12 sheet of paper and don’t have a ton of scraps. An excellent way to use up a 12 x 12 pad of paper and all of us just have a few pads. LOL! Along with the ones we have in our paper vaults. TFS! Cindy Lou
Beautiful album! Your instructions were so clear and easy to follow 😊 I loved the top loading pages and additional pockets- it’s very interactive. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us.
Amber, this is such a nice project. You have done an amazing job with your channel and I have learned so much from you over the past few years. Thank You and God Bless!
you have great ideas and tutorial info. this album is super duper and I am going to get started on one this weekend! TFS. U R AMAZING! I don't mind if the pages are upside down, sideways or right side up I appreciate the creativity it shows. I have plenty of pattern paper now I have a great way to use it.
Very cute mini album and you explain your process so exactly and easily that even a beginner like me can make this! I usually have to replay parts of a video a few times before I understand, but with yours I think I got it on the first try! TFS!
Wow, what a great project! I saved some cardboard from packaging and that will make for a nice cover. Now because of your video I realized how to make a binding and do multiple signatures. I like your layout for those pages. One idea I have were you have some of the photo mats is to make a similar sized little mini journal with a few pages of lightweight paper inside. Such fun! It may be a bit but when I get a chance to make one, I’ll make a video and link yours in it so people can see where I got my inspiration! Happy crafting. Ronda
A really great project Amber. Also a wonderful way to use up maybe some of the papers we really don't care for. You can cover them up with other papers! Will be trying one of these out & see how it turns out. Be safe, be well & TYFS
I saw a tutorial whereby they added the score tape before they trimmed off the corner pieces so that the score tape went from edge to-edge … when you trimmed the corners, you would also trim a bit of the score tape leaving tape from edge to edge. Your way works too, just thought I’d share!!! ♥️♥️♥️🌺🌺🌺
Love this journal idea. I'm always looking for a new idea to change things up. I do like the idea of making the binder tabs at 1/2". I guess that the sizes you used for the three pieces would just need to have the 1/2 added to each. Thanks for sharing this cute little journal -love it! Pamela A / PA
I've watched a million of these tutorials but, for sime reason this one just really sparked something in me to give it a try. I really love it. It's cute and not impossible to do. Thank you for this. I don't have double sided paper but I think I can make it work anyways. Maybe mount them to cardstock I have then put it together? We'll see. 😁
Hi how are you? I love your concept. I'll probably increase hinges & gussets. It'll be a birthday gift. However I may make 1 for myself too. You're the greatest. 😊 Thanks much
Your creativity simply amazes me, Amber. I'm just curious. Why this design for the binding rather than the peaks and valley method? Is it stronger, just a different method, or something else?
I love your tutorial, but I have a question. When you make the "flaps", a.k.a., hinges, why do they need to be a quarter of an inch tall? Couldn't they be a 1/2" or even 3/4" so it wouldn't be so fiddly to work with? Is there a particular reason they need to be only 1/4"?
is hard to hear you talk when the background music is so loud. I really like tutorial videos that don't have music in the background, it is kind of distracting (just my opinion!)
This is definitely going on my ‘must make’ list, so cute and cleverly made!

Amber that is a awesome idea for using a 12x12 to make signature pages! Your mini album turned out adorable 🥰. Thank you for sharing.
Your suggestion for the binding is so cool! Great video with instructions!! I can't wait to make one!!! Thank you.

I have never used a "Stack the Deck" binding before. You make it look so easy, I am going to have to try it. 🥰
This is neat. Thanks for the tutorial.
I’m soooooo happy to see how close you are to 100K!
Yes this is a simple and easy album. I really enjoy making albums. Thank you.

Great tutorial! Such a great way to get a load of pages from only a few sheets of paper. Love you collaged album cover. Such a pretty little album!😊🧡
I love this one and I’ll definitely be making this one! Thank you!!!!♥️
Just love your video tutorials. So easy to follow...thank you. I will be making many of these.
I love Laura Dennison's "stacking the deck" binding method!

This is a great way to make an album. I have made the mini version, but I love how this uses a whole sheet of 12x12. Great tutorial!🥰

My favorite page is almost identical, but I have a 1 1/2” flip up that makes a pocket on the first and last pages! My page is for 4 x 5 albums
I've watched a million of these tutorials but, for sime reason this one just really sparked something in me to give it a try. I really love it. It's cute and not impossible to do. Thank you for this. Great idea!!!

I had the same question. The peaks and valley seems easier.
Love this!
Love this thank you
Too cute 🌺
Love it so awesome
Awesome!!
So cute.
Love ❤️ it
Genius!

I know this was earlier this year, but she mentions that at about 29:00 in…and does say you could use 1/2” hinges.
I love you album I’m going to make one for my friend because he lost his dog and i whated hem to have a place to store all of his pictures of her in
Most of my pads are 1 side... would it be too thick to glue two papers together?
I have the same question or can this be done using just single sided paper
Why is your Etsy shop empty?
