I probably will do 10-12 pages to allow room for decor. I can make an additional album with the remaining pages. One for each granddaughter! Thank you! LOVE YOUR TUTORIAL!
Love this!! You have the absolute best tutorials. You take your time and explain everything without skipping over anything. I can’t even begin to tell you how much material I have wasted following some other channel tutorials, only to discover halfway through making the project, that difficult steps were skimmed over, edited out, or skipped altogether. You’re the best 🤗
I love this album. It definitely something I can do for sure. Thank you so much for explaining it step by step. I'm sure it was difficult to say the words for instruction. Thank you for sharing. UPDATE: I made a wedding album for my sister to give to her son and daughter-in-law and it turned out so good. I wish I could send you a pic of this album b/c I love how it turned out. Thank you again!!!!
Just made this with 18 inserts - it takes about 20 2 sided cardstock papers with extra for embellishing. I'm going to be using a total of about 24 pretty papers and a couple of plain cardstock for mats, etc. This is such a great tutorial. I really love the way you teach. You make it so that we can follow along step by step and be successful. Thanks so very much for sharing your talents.
Sooooooo cute! This is perfect for the collections you just can’t part with because you can use it for anything and still enjoy the pretty papers! I’m gonna make like 20!
I have watched so many videos with chipboard albums and yours is the best. You really explain all the details very well. Love this using your stash series.
THANKS for another fun album to make! I have lots of paper stash to work with and think I may make a "wedding planning" themed album for my soon-to-be daughter (wedding in 2021).
I adore this for that beautiful 2-sided paper that seems such a shame to glue and waste! It is 2:06 a.m., but I am fighting off the urge to go start one of these RIGHT NOW!!!! lol. You are still my absolute guru of papercraft... I stumbled upon your channel years ago, and I was so hooked. I totally enjoy many beautiful channels, but yours consistently calls my name and inspires me! Hugs from Missouri.
THANK YOU!! I usually make a lot of cards, but i have had a paper pad that really didn't lend itself to card making. I was able to make one of these albums and use the entire pad! I love it! and I love your channel!
so i followed along and made one for a baby book. I only had the stretchy twine, i didn't hear until the end to use some with elastic. It worked wonderfully! thank you so much. again i love your voice and videos, so relaxing!
Oh thank you for this idea!! I bought a box of pre-made signatures at a thrift store. They were all pre-bound so I had no idea how to get them into a cover. This will be perfect!! I have a hardcover book that I've picked out for the cover so putting elastics around the spine will work beautifully.
Amber, I so love this project. I will definitely be making this. I'm thinking of some mini - mini's to give my grandkids and they can keep them in their bookbags when school starts. With all the chaos that we have all been thru - maybe it will help them some way. Perfect project - thank you so much.
Finally a book I can make without losing my mind. Yours is beautiful. I love how you do the binding. And being able to show both sides of my scrapbook paper is great. And now I won’t be feeling so wasteful.
What a beautiful album! You are an awesome teacher! Great tutorial. I’ve used this technique with several albums. It’s my favorite way to make an album. TFS
This is absolutely fabulous!!!! I LOVE the binding idea! I also buy more than 1piece of my fave papers in a collection. I liked your comment about that. I definitely HAVE to start shopping from my "beyond stash". Thank you spool much for this.
Thanks so much for your video on using twine for a binding. I just went to Sarah Elliott’s video to thank her for showing this technique. Also, thank you for you for demonstrating this. I really like it & will be trying it soon!🥰
Your album is SO pretty. It’s so much neater than most of the journal videos I see online. The binding technique is completely new to me. I can’t wait to try it
LOVE these Amber!!!! Thank you so much for sharing, I love all of your videos! Especially now, I have so much more time on my hands because of whats going on in the world, crafting is my happy place!! I will be making lots of these to give as gifts for Christmas!!! Stay safe, happy, and healthy my crafty friend!!!
I was completely inspired by your tutorial and had to try it. It came out adorable💕 Can't wait to embellish it. I did two things different. I added a ribbon closer before adding the paper to the inside cover. I also left the twine lose and did not tie it off until after I added the paper. 🥰 Love love love it!
Oh my gosh...I looooove this. 😍😍😍I mean I've seen people do this with journals but using it with chipboard and adding alot of string really showcases all the beautifully papers like you said. I am absolutely loving this. I will definitely be doing this. Thank you so much for sharing this idea...😉👍
i absolutely love this, I made one and for the first time it turned out perfect, thank you so much for all the passion you have in your tutorials, you are awesome, i look forward to making more of your tutorials, again thank you for for your videos and sharing your creativity with us, YOU ROCK Amber, Much love from, Georgia 💕💕
Thanks for the tutorial. Love the easy binding. Starting from middle of binding and going out might be easier. I will try this and see how starting from middle works. Tfs
Love that none of that gorgeous paper is hidden. And, really like how you stopped to show the measurements on the scoreboard. Very helpful ! B-E-A-utiful album Miss Amber 🤗
I really do like this, very cute, and a great way to use paper. I think the elastic idea is a good one. Can bling it up a little by using 2 mm elastic in gold.
What a fabulous way to go through our stash! And what a wonderful foundation for a gift journal for a friend! My friends are mostly art journalers, and this will be so stunning!
New to your channel. Love this. I’m so impressed. I’m new to scrapbooking. This is great. I’m going to try it doubt it will come out like yours. It I’m going to try.
I love all your projects! You give us so much inspiration! I wish I had a Tuesday Morning near me. I also have trouble finding double sided paper unless I order it online. I love projects that let you use single sided paper.
Amber, this is a great project and your tutorial is great!! I look forward to the tutorial which will show us what you make with the leftover paper from this project!! TYFS 😊❤️👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻

I love this album!! And using the paper!! And the middle is priceless! Wow! Looks like I need a new album!! Thank you for sharing
I have made so many of these albums into journals, but instead of using string or cord, I have been using elastic which works really well.
