Dusk Till Dawn is about her masculine side and her feminine side. She didn't say it exactly but in one interview she said something about this. My favorite Amber's songs are Ready for the Ride, Vegas, and Three Million Years but I like a lot of her songs.

My favorite amber song is called love run from her solo debut album, I also really like "right now, white noise, complicated, blue and no more sad songs. Ooh and also a song called lately dedicated to her friend who passed away is really lovely too
Oh yay. My favorite song of hers is still Love Run. Amber doesn't really like to rap or call herself a rapper, she only rapped cause they needed one for f(x). Lots of her lyrics are sad due to her struggles with depression and multiple friends shes lost to suicide and being treated poorly in romantic relationships. Shake that Brass is the least "Amber" song cause SM only let her release her Beautiful album if her title track was something like that cause it fit the image they curated for her. Just about every other song out of her is atmospheric, a little r&b, melancholic and longing for love or figuring out who she is.
One of the Amber songs I really like is actually under the pseudonym Rogue Rouge called High Hopes. And then I also really liked the cover of Linkin Park's One More Light that she did with Gen Neo.

Oh this is slay!! Beautiful, Paradise and Stay Calm are my all time faves! You should listen to her whole discography 🫶🏽 her vocal colour id amazing, her range is huuuuuge, and her dancing is great as well. She is also very sweet and real IRL. this girl is an amazing human (im not biased really. Ive met so many idols irl) so if you have a chance, do watch her live concert!
Yeah Shake that Brass was when she was still a kpop artists, which she pretty firmly isn’t anymore. Very glad she can control her own destiny and creativity now (she got a few songs on top of Easier that I see as commentary on this).
I love her stuff, very excited to see her on her world tour this year.
My personal favourite of hers is I Love Somebody :)
1.There's also a grittier version (same lyrics) of Easier, called Harder since they make it more rock genre instead of pop! Amber actually loves rock & hard rock music too even though she hasn't written or performed much of it. I like both versions depending on my mood. You might like Harder even more than Easier.
2. I also recommend Hands Behind My Back. There's 2 versions of the video: story telling version & dance version.
3. Don't Dance is a fun song. Goofy video. About being completely over somebody that wanted to use her more than actually be with her.
4. Make It Better is a bop music/sad lyrics song with an amazing dance break in it. (No rap, but I still highly recommend!)
5. Bad Decisions! Great song & just all out hilarity in the video!! 😂 Still pop, but different influences. It's heavier on the piano, has pretty vocals on verses, a bit of edm influence on the chorus, & I don't even know what you call what she does with her voice at a couple points. Similar but not the same as the whisper-talk from Jackson. But the video is what makes it a masterpiece short story.😍😂😍😂😍🤣🤣🤣
* Also, just gonna throw in this for anyone that's a dog lover: Love Run!!!! 🐕 It's a bit older now but still a favorite of mine.😍 Amber already having her beloved JackJack & Gongju did a trip to Japan where she got inspired by the story of Hachi (aka Hachiko). She was very low on money at the time so no official video, but there are 2 great fmvs posted on youtube. 1 features clips from the movie Hachi (American film retelling the story as if it happened in the US) which came out a year or 2 after she released the song. The other features clips from a Korean documentary show where Amber, f(x) bandmate Luna & another friend visit a Korean nature preserve to get introduced to various wild life. Luna is also a HUGE dog lover & is constantly promoting activities & organizations in Korea that help rescue & care for dogs needing forever homes.❤🐶 I actually would love it if Amber would make a video for Love Run now, using clips of her dogs & clips of herself when running in the marathons she was in. 😂 🏃♀️➡️🐕

Oh Amber is the reason i discovered kpop back in 2009. Her voice is really pretty and she's really cool.
There are a couple of songs i enjoy a lot and she's part of: Fantasy by Superfruit and Love doesn't hurt by Shannon Williams i hope you can check those two♥
Amber’s like a chameleon with her abilities to change. While never one of my bias' (that was Krystal in f(x) I always appreciated her rapping, singing, and pure talent. 'Curiosity' is one of my favorite songs. Also Amber's a Virgo.

Oh yeah, Shake That Brass was a more "munfactured" song. It was co-written by Amber & one of the writers she/f(x) worked with a lot at SM & was meant to be an "Amber-style party song" to go on her 1st solo mini album because she had 4 mostly slow pretty pop songs with almost no rap: Beautiful, Love Run , I Just Wanna (duet with Eric Nam) & Heights. They wanted a catchy showy song for the album promotion like what Amber's known persona was. While Amber's personal goal was to share her softer side & her heartfelt song Beautiful, they knew they needed a catchy hook so more f(x)/kpop fans would give her solo stuff a chance. Amber & especially her bandmate Luna (who I swear must literally be Amber's #1 fan beyond her parents & sister, because Luna from the start of f(x) always seemed to slip in hyping Amber's singing voice during promotions!) were trying to get SM to take a chance letting Amber show her other sides & be a more 3-dimensional & authentic artist. After all, everyone has different moods & sides to them. The company insisted that they needed something more exciting than just the songs she had planned to get that promotion going. It worked, & Shake That Brass is still a big fan favorite, but usually in concert Amber does the all-English version of it & also Beautiful.
Oh just remembered another legendary amber song, "Borders" it's a very heavy song that is about mental health.
Yes, she referenced it in Easier with the dark figure in the box!
Borders is also kind of like a companion to her song Beautiful (from her 1st solo mini album of the same name, the one with Shake That Brass). Beautiful has a Korean version & an all English version, is about self-love. Later she wrote Borders. Borders is about getting through those hard times of doubt & depression, & she specifically wrote it with her mom in mind since her mom was always her biggest supporter. In Borders it shows Amber in a dark place stuck in a box, & shows a woman & a guy both battling issues to the point they almost end themselves.
The songs are different in genre/feel but both talking about mental & emotional health. Borders has some rap in it, mostly vocals.
Oh, & her cover of Linkin Park's One More Light with Gen Neo (writer/singer she has done a few songs with) is a good one too.❤
