      @@rickbeekman.9130 get your doctor to put in writing that your condition warrants a 100% rating due to your condition you acquired while active in the military. I've learned that the majority of the VSO's are just in it for the money by talking to us veterans and of course they want you to sign their clip board to justify their pay check. It took me 29 years to prove my claims by going to outside doctors to medically document me and run various exams and test. So, that being said I've learned not to trust VSO's because the majority are not for the Veterans. You would figure that after doing this crap for so many years they would have it down to a Fucking Art but they DON'T... Now if this offends anyone all i can say is that you need to Suck It Up BUTTERCUP because I am only calling a Spade A Spade and I am not going to Candy Coat anything since my name is NOT WILLY WONKA...

      @erictellocosta4655 2 года назад +3

      Thats fine just go back to your primary ask them.why it is not in your file and have them document it sometimes they dont do that. I went through same thing. Or if they dont do it go to ooutsource DR and have them do it for you but you need to be seen for medical diagnosis again so its documented then bring that to VA rep and VA office and VBA file evidence. Va and vba are two different things.

      You file your claims with evidence. Then sit back.until.they.decide when and where and how much you will receive maybe 5-10.years,,?...the Good News is they will.have to pay all.the Time you filed until.you win the claim.
      Example...you file a claim say for 2.claims. after 5 years. They settle both claims at say
      $2,500.00.both claims..at $2,500.00
      Both claims per month ..ok.then it.took.5 years to settle both claims...$2,500.00.per month .
      They held your money so add 60 months × ,$2,500.00,equals..$Lots more., first check only..then you get $2 500 per month.after that $2,500.00.until.you pass away each month

      Go to your neareat VA office (Federal Building) amd speak to a VR vet rep. They will have you sign documents for legal information to work on your behalf. I have filed a claim for Agent Orange Diabetes Benefits. The VA has Veterans Evaluation Services doing all my testing. VES has my name spelled incorrectly (both 1st & last). I have spoken with them 3 times about this and cannot get them to correct the spelling. Anyone know of where I can go to get this corrected? I have a bad feeling that this will create a big problem with the VA. Thanks

      I am a veteran and I have gone to VFW representatives at my state Department of Veterans Affairs office. Each state should have such a office. Please call either a VFW office or the nearest American Legion office. They can help with changing the misspelled names and with any other veteran needs such as proper VA forms to fill out.

      I would ask someone with knowledge of service-connected and secondary conditions at the VA or the Veteran Service Organizations.
      I suppose if it were eczema, psoriasis, an allergic reaction, etc.; and it was documented in your medical record, or if it were secondary to exposure to agent orange or some other chemicals used during your time in service.
      From what I have researched, one has to make an effort to mitigate any damage, so if shaving aggravates the condition, they may deny it.
      It has to be stated to meet the criteria within 38 CFR 4.118 (skin) or another listing.
