My parents too were very religious so as a child a lot of things I said or thought intuitively were suppressed. And I have a very similar experience when lead to leave my job at corporate America. The best way I can explain finding who you are after ego death, if you are at a party you wanna dance, start dancing. Don’t care about anything else, what others think. They will wanna dance or just be curious that you have the balls to do what they want to. We all dance in our head 😂 NOW thats you, a person that likes to dance no matter what, now just keep doing that. Become Jim Carey from YES MAN to your soul’s desires essentially 😌
Who am I requires courage towards objective self observation, stepping out of the adaptations we get familiar with, connectivity with self is necessary for sanity, stability, living real and thus extending, and expanding self that naturally includes all compassionately. Good to put out the way towards this as clearly as here.
This granular level analysis of how we think and how to better connect with ourselves , which helps us connect with others through empathy is just what I needed. I’m always learning something new, but I’m also overwhelmed with how much I need to figure out. Your easy to understand explanations make it easier for me to absorb.
For the multiverse in which my D&D campaign exists, I chose the first four words of creation based on my experience of perspective and awakening. I often find it challenging to explain them well, but I'm getting the sense Rei and the people around here might resonate with the progression. So, here are the First Words of the Multiverse of Aether: Exist Change Observe Connect I hope the reader's journey brings them prosperity and a deep sense of Clarity. 😊
I would love to see another video diving deeper into the process of observing the mind. Its quite challenging to maintain that stance (observer) , rather than getting sucked into it. Any hints about that would be most welcome.

I do like this style of content and can only mention the quality of the conversation audio is where I think anything, if anything, could be better. Hi sry I know this video is 2yrs old but it was the vry first full video that popped up after I watched a short where you shared that you were once a teacher and it drained you, would you ever consider becoming a Prenda Microschool Guide if you were able to structure the experience in your own way? I worked in schools but refused to become a certified teacher, when I trained to be a microschool Guide I sobbed in gratitude for all the solutions it meets in modern education. I swiftly became homeless and unable to host students but suggest the program to anyone who’s right by children and even better, the human spirit:) thank you Rei
