@@FAithFilledNursingwithJackie You can find it at beach resorts; I know it's down in Rehoboth, DE and Ocean City, MD. When they're making it, they'll ask you if you want it room temperature or hot. Try hot. You can make it hot at home, too, but it's work. Enjoy your summer weekend!

Hubby and I are looking for a short get away. AC is still an option to visit even tho that other UTube channel said not to go. I'm sure it'll be a fine place to visit 2024
It’s totally fine. Especially in summer it’s filled with tourists and police. It’s a great town with a lot of heart. Some RUclipsrs love to say bad things for views
I'm simple with my eating too Jackie. "Simple" you can taste the flavor of what you're eating. I love hamburger simply with ketchup, salt, and pepper. It's delicious!

Hey Jennifer! I’ll be staying at Tropicana in a few weeks . First time back in AC since the 90’s as I normally go to Vegas. My nights were comped and since I’m a Diamond member the resort fee is waived thankfully. Really looking forward to going and your videos are very helpful 😎😎😎
It should be waived. Caesars has been going down hill tho. The did a bunch of renovations. Got rid of alot of old school 3 reel slots .25 and $1 ones. Trop is much better for all around, just my 2 cents

You said something about signing a waiver....a waver for what..also does the cabanas come with a lounge chair.i always see 2 chairs in front of a cabana
Hi! the waiver was prob for slipping falling etc, I wish I snapped a photo of it, the 2 chairs outside the cabana on the second one included the two chairs that were loungers, Jens editing day 3, the first adult only pool was more pricey for the cabana, and didnt include the loungers outside of the cabana. I hope that helps!

I believe the cabanas come with the 2 loungers in front of them. They are a good value if you have a group of you rather than paying a per chair price. Hope you have a great trip!

That Mexican restaurant near Ballys is great. Food is fresh because it's cooked as you order. Ate there last week.

I did see that once! It was like a different resort! It was nice to see everyone having fun tho 😊 I went out at 7 am when everyone was gone or asleep! Lol
I havent been in about seven years. Used to love the Trop. Best value was midweek before memorial day. Rooms way under 99 dollars. I once stayed in a suite that had a huge jacuzzi in the room. Loved it there so much.
I never saw a jacuzzi room in the Trop.. wonder if they still have that!? Do you remember what tower?

I remember back in the day when you couldn't take photos in the gambling casino area.
Some places still don’t allow it.. PA casinos seem pretty strict I got yelled at several times lol

Thank you! Sorry about the late response! Not sure exactly the lip color I chose that day but I have been gravitating towards the plums ulta matt “ allusive” the color is called may have tossed over another gloss tho I’m known to mix it up lol

@@JenniferSparksSavoy I don't think they're as good as fried dough, but I'm not sure. We used to have at a restaurant in Maryland, what you got, before the menu, cheese, crackers, butter, melba toast, & bread basket; they'd also give you (God forbid if you don't order an entree, LOL), what they called 'fruit fritters' which was something like fried dough, filled with, say blueberries, or peaches, hot, with powdered sugar. It was my favorite restaurant. Sadly, restaurants, even the best ones, are hard to stay in business. You can't change the menus much because we keep coming back for the same dish, until it's not as good, service is bad, or there's a new hot restaurant across town.
I saw you filmed a white woman and black guy holding hands on the boardwalk. Glad you're showing the world making progress, while so many want to hold the world in a backwards situation

We always watch your videos, especially the A.C. ones. You truly are a rock star!!!
Not a fan of pools. Like butterflies. There is a lot of walking to do just inside the Tropicana Hotel. If you go other places there is a lot more walking. I subscribe to your channel. Am one of the few people to hit the like button. Not a beach person. Didn't know that about taking your drink with you. In Las Vegas you could start a drink in one Hotel/Casino and finish it in another. The only times at breakfast was with my wife once at Tropicana and other times at the Trump Taj Mahal. Gelato is good. Harrah's is a nice hotel/casino. The 99 cent store is where you could purchase laundry detergent. Enjoy watching this video.

I never spent much time at Tropicana, i am usually at Hard Rock and Ocean. I might give Tropicana a try in the off season. I don't know the rules on the boardwalk for alcohol, there are a lot of police on the boardwalk these days.
There were a ton of police everywhere! Yea I was surprised about the alcohol rule. I assumed there would be a no open container law. They sell it right on the boardwalk. Never knew that
You can drink on the boardwalk. They sell drinks, frozen drinks, etc., on boardwalk. It's a great time with lots to do and eat.

Charging to sit by the pool, when did people get use to this??
At the Chelsea tower there is a charge to have a chair but there were free chairs by the bar.. north tower pool there were a charge for day beds by the pool. There were no free chairs by the pool but there were in the sun deck
Loving your Atlantic City videos, I used to go all the time in the 90’s, what’s the best tower/section to stay in at the Tropicana?
Thank you so much! I personally like the Havana tower the best. Others like the north tower, it’s closer to the casino and outdoor pool but I enjoy the quarter and being close to it :)

Yea it’s unfortunate. A title like the “worst of” or why something is dangerous or horrible will always get more clicks. Yea there are homeless people here but they are just temporarily lost. They are nice and don’t bother anyone.. Anyone that doesn’t want to be around that shouldn’t come here. It’s sadly everywhere tho. It’s a rough world 🙁I’m a woman that travels here alone a lot and I feel as safe here as I do in my yuppy suburb town in ct
That's false, I go nearly twice a month in spring and summer. There's heavy police on the boardwalk and loads of fun things to do and eat.. for all ages.

In AC open container is legal but cant smoke on the beach but inside which is ass backwards.
Yea that doesn’t make any sense. Ct casinos are smoke free and smell so nice. I’m surprised it’s no smoking in the beach I didn’t realize that

I wonder how is the boardwalk during early October? & the Trop overall during October? Going for my bday October 8th. Im hoping its not dead.
I went to harrahs for my bday last year & it was kinda dead ( i went on a Sunday. Stayed 2 days)
I’ll be there then too! I love October. The weekends are busy but it is quieter during the week. The outdoor pools are closed but the south tower has a indoor pool and sun deck that will be open. The beach is beautiful too. It will be restaurant week too in AC. Great dining deals everywhere.

Jay Leno said it best... If Vegas is like a $100 Hooker then AC is like a $5 crack whore. Take a few steps beyond Atlantic Ave headed west and you'll find out what he meant. Around the boardwalk during the day and in the casinos you're safe. Just be careful at night. Nice video.
