Hi are there any lotions or salve for healthy hand you recommend? I work with my hands and music is for fun, but my hands hurt after loong practices. I'm just curious if the musician masters passed any tips over the years...

@@accordionteacher01 hello thanks for replying. I've reduced my practicing a little more the soreness of playing the heavy instrument has gone away and I've noticed strength and tone in my arms and back. What a powerful instrument.

Work out! Get stronger! Accordion is not an instrument for physically weak,
Make sure to watch your posture. Don't use your elbows muscles of the bellows. Use the stronger muscles of your back.
Also, be careful what repertoire you play. Some are more physically intensive than others. Once in a while, get massage to relieve some of that stress on your fingers and forearms.

I am 66 I had acordian at 6yr old . Never played again, I just got a used acordian and trying to play, your video super helpful. What do u suggest. I'm trying to learn keyboard, is first key c. I want to know the keys. Mine has 18 keys thanks rose
