Now a days goa is fully commercialized.. I am coming goa since 2012. But now there is no peace. every where you see loats of non-goan restaurants and hotels.loats of crowd and traffic. 😢😢😢 Beaches are full of crowd and silly peoples who don't understand Goan peace, Goan food, Goan beaches...

Very true. I stopped visiting Goa eight years ago. Now I visit Pakistan and Bangladesh. Wonderful countries and genuine authentic experience with very friendly people.

Quick question - If I plan to spend the evening at a shack on Anjuna Beach, would it be advisable to take my rented scooter, or is public transport available? I've noticed there are usually checkposts a short distance from the shacks. Also, is there a risk of being stopped and fined by traffic police for drinking and driving?
Weekends there is checking, usually after 7pm they don’t do checking.
Public transport is hard to find to Anjuna, either you should have a scooty or car

Drinking and driving they have drives suddenly to catch people even late at night. The fine is 10,000 for drink and drive

We got back from Goa 2 weeks ago - arrioved there mid September. Had 5 days wall to wall sunshine, no rain, then acouple of hours rain next day, then 2 days with mixed rain and sun. Really good weather overall ( and when it did rain the rain was warm!)
The rains are over. Beautiful weather and potholes are year through 😂
