Never able to make meringue with Bamix. Tried every tip: narrow bowl, up and down motion slowly..., but it gets flat once i add sugar to the whisked egg white😫 help meee please
Love this thing but its difficult to change blades. Once the pin is in locked into the blade it takes a small utencil to push the pin out of the locked position so you can remove the blade.

Use just a mixer hahah. I think bamix vant make a meringue. Does have the 'whisk' which turns egg whites into meringue
Easy blade change when u put two fingers under the blade, like hooks, and hook the blade straight out.
