Fantastic bags there. Use the lettuce as a feature of a main dish - Ceaser salad or lettuce wedges with blue cheese. I adore salmon and love it simply baked in the oven or poached. Try it with a homey mustard glaze
We managed to use most of the lettuce as a side salad for lunch and dinner. It's a bit boring, but I'm glad we got to use it. We are the same. I usually just bake it, I've never tried it poached, so I might try that. Honey mustard glaze sounds brilliant xx
A good haul! I love salmon! I've just order my first Too Good To Go bag - from Aldi tomorrow. Can't wait to see what's inside :D thanks for the inspo!

I love making salmon fishcakes some potatoes spring onion mash it all together then put them into there size n dip in eggs n bread crumbs when I was on slimming world used to use smash love this x

@@MumandDadto10 honestly that’s way I used to get mine to eat them . Also love using the yellow fish too for them but with all that salmon thought wee idea xxx

@mumlifeandbargains That I'd a fab price. I think we got 2 of those, but usually, we pay £6 plus. Defo pleased with it. Even if the kids give it a go, it will be worth it xx
@@MumandDadto10 my son won’t eat salmon he loves cod tho one of his favourites is fish & chips, I don’t understand how to little bits of salmon can cost so much would love to buy two packs so me & my partner can have two each xx

Yes, it was very good this time. I froze the salmon and sausages and will make use of it over the next few weeks. Xx

You could make russian salmon pies. They're similar to like a beef pie. Its called Coulibiac.
I'm going to Google it as I'm hoping to win the kids over to salmon. It's expensive but one of my favourites and only 2 children will eat it so far xx
That’s decent ❤ good few meals. Our Morrisons is mostly cakes and bread for there’s.
We have had a couple of Morrisons ones, and it was mainly just herbs and 2 day out of date fruit. I'm not sure if we just tired it badly xx

Unfortunately, our Aldi don’t do the cheapie Boxes, but there’s always plenty of items with 30% off on the shelves. One of my favourite recipes to cook is Salmon & Broccoli Pasta in a Cheese Sauce. It goes down well in our house & is so easy & quick to make.
This sounds fab, especially as everyone loves a pasta dish. I'm hoping to win them over to salmon as it's one of my favourites xx
Mine too. I’d eat it every week if it was cheaper.
