KIPSIGIS ELDERS RETURNED STOLLEN BULLS BUT ONE PRAYER REMAINS

The Kipsigis people have so far returned stollen bulls to the Nandi and Tugen communities. According to historian David Ngasura Tuei, only one prayer at arap Koilegen Mausoleum remains and the Kipsigis will be set free to take over leadership.
