That's the airsoft content that should get love. Lack of knowledge is the reason lot of airsofters switching from aegs is disapointed with their gbbr's and often break them. Greetings form Poland
Very nice thank you, maybe one day i will need this knowledge, i bought myself a second hand GHK MK18 V2, because V3 is not available in my country and from VFC V3 there was no version with Markings available for my country... i hope i am gonna be happy with the V2 from GHK, i heard a lot of bad stuff 😅😂 but i already bought it so now there is no way back 😂💀 My plan is to get the upgrade kit from V2 to V3... do you think thats a good idea? Thank you
You really need a good QC piece to start with. If you buy a bad piece from factory, then yes, it is hard to get it running well. I run V2 for 3 years on CO2 completely stock. I even have maple leaf hop chamber and crazy jet barrel, but never installed it. There is no need for it. Just take care of it and it will serve well. Get to know how your rifle feels freshly lubed, then you will recoginze when it is something wrong or need maintenance or lube. I dont plan V3 upgrade since my rifles are running fine and I dont see the reason. Golden rule - If it works, dont mess with it. 😀
@reff942 thank you very much for the information🫱🏽🫲🏼 And you do not have problems with bolt catch? And with the angled bolt carrier hitting and cutting in the buffer? And yeah with the mag lips i just saw, thanks to you, how to have no problem with that. So you are running the stock hop up? Thank you.
@@gerxcktrxckt4572 Bolt catch and buffer are consumables. If you buffer is scratching in buffer tube, file edges to make it smooth again. Replace it eventually. Same as for bolt catch on BCG, if its not working anymore, file it, it has to be sharp edge there. Or you can replace it right away, part # M4-17-1. Yes, Im running stock hop, lifting 0.4 like a champ.

That someone could abuse their rifle, either Airsoft or RS is beyond me ;_;

@@reff942 thanks, and what part is wearing down the bolt catch itself or the bolt carrier guide? And how often does it need to be changed?
@@gerxcktrxckt4572 It is small part, check 6:37 in vid. Part number is M4-17-1. I replace it lets say every 2 years.
so now that it works, can i have it?
