I bought your hand salad ebook and noticed a lot of the wraps use 'light coloured sweet potatoes.' I can get only the orange-fleshed ones in Canada. Will they work?
That’s totally fine!! It just changes the color of the wrap that’s all. You can use purple ones too!
Did you buy tahini in squeeze bottle?
Yes we sometimes do but mostly we buy a big tub of it and put it in our own squeeze bottles to save $
You didn't put any water in the dressing?
I did - maybe about 1/2 cup ish? Needs water to blend 💗
What exactly is miso? And is it raw? I was looking on Amazon and it said it’s rice & soy, does that mean it’s not raw?
It’s a LIVING FOOD meaning it’s a ferment. It’s alive with enzymes and good bacteria due to the fermentation. The base (soy/rice/chickpea/etc) is yes, cooked first, but the end fermentation result is alive. I eat living foods on my raw diet which include ferments, regardless if the base is cooked or not. I eat “raw and living foods” Hope that clarifies!

Not really - we aren’t brand loyal we just get whatever oils good in the moment. This one is a low sodium and sometimes we find organic! There are so many brands out there to choose from 🩷 we get ours at the Asian supermarket but most grocery store have them. Any type works too. Light miso is lighter flavor, dark miso is stronger flavor 🩷
