“I got a house by the lake, I got a mouse on a rake”
🏠 💧 🐁 🧹
True poetry 😢
Every time he mentions FISHER, I lose it XD (No pun intended)
don’t fuckin lie that pun is the entire reason for the comment.
That was poor 🤦♂️
same bruh
@@namavoid3266 ok chill
so glad to be your 444th like
2:48 his bass preset is called "finding it" instead of losing it HAHAH
Finally the HOW TO FISHER
Fun fact, Chris Lake is the producer that made “Losing It” and his wife did the vocals. Fisher bought the rights from Chris.
The song really captures the feeling of having Dylan in your house!
You really had to put the Losing It bass in that last drop lmao
"losing it" is by chris lake and I dont know why people pretend that it is a secret....
Tbh this style is so generic that it could be from anyone
@@timbermicka Chris deffo a pioneer tho. Or at least helped to make it mainstream
@@timbermicka I kind of think the opposite. It's so specific that it all sounds like one guy even when it's not. This happens with a lot of genres and styles. It feels like if you learned this style it's all you'd be doing because it's so so specific which is why in not keen on it. Plus it's "big" which means after 15 minutes it goes from fun to aggrovating.
Is it really
Yes and no. There is a thing which makes everything exactly the same (4 to the floor and bass in house, amen break in DnB...), but then there are few exceptions that takes this well working (and boring) fundamental, adds a little detail and makes it very distinguishable, but it sounds ALMOST exactly like every other track (Losing it imo got popular because of how "acid"-y or extremely unprogressive it is, keeping the tension at maximum during the whole song, even after the drop smh)
I just realized after all these years they are Chris _"LAKE"_ and _"FISHER."_ Coincidence?
after all what years? Fisher is relatively new lmao
@@gramsta836 He's been performing since 2012, bro.
@@gramsta836 2012 is a long time ago.
Me and a buddy of mine like to call this style of tech house with funny vocals "funny house", a play on fun house
"Its house... Don't get too excited" - Dylan 2021
Interesting fact: 15 years ago, Chris Lake had one of his first hits featured on a trance compilation. Chris Lake along side Emma Hewitt "carry me away" on ASOT 2007.
the first song I heard from him was Chris Lake & Marco Lys - Cross The Line (Main Club Mix). But tbh I only know like 4 of his tracks in total
Carry Me Away is the only music of Chris Lake I love
I read the title as "HOW TO FISHER" I think i'm starting to losing it.
dude, your track is actually fire.
facts, I want to mix with this track. the drop is tight
I love how even you switch to Ableton just for warping/pitching haha
Its just more intuitive and much faster, if fl could get it down I would stop feeling like I need both DAWs
You can totally pitch shift and time warp vocals in FL, Just be prepared for a LOT of fiddling.
the way he says "flaws" 😩guhhhhhh
Wow, this is the best emulation of a Chris Lake song that I've seen. Your track is fire.
Always a great day when we find a new video from you on our subscription page! Thanks as always Dylan!!!
Theory: Dylan is Chris Lake
Dylan is everyone
Why Not?
1. Your track is tight AF. 2. Thank you for the knowledge bombs. 3. I’ve GOT TO TRY YOUR TEMPLATE WEBSITE!!!!
I love it when he says Fisher, we really have no idea how it got there
Hey haven't seen you around in a hot minute! Got me feeling nostalgic & wanting to produce again. Lots of Love lol
btw 3 harmonics = 1 fundamental + 2 overtones :)
Ah lol, I was right the first time then. Thank you :D
'its house, dont get too excited' hahahahah
i normally don't like house music at all but like, dang, the track you made do be hittin' tho! those vocals are incredible cool sounding (and unironically kinda creepy in the intro lol)
boots n' cats n' is just another reason I love this channel so damn much
These series are always so fun, I hope you keep making them!
love that vocal sound
Amazing video man!
I also laughed a lot at your jokes 😂
I got a house by the lake
I got a mouse on a rake
AMAZING video. Jukeblocks really helped me in production ! ! !
its really exciting to watch a dylan tallchief video. some producers in youtube just makes a simple intro build and drop.
Love these videos.
Always good to see one of these pop up on my feed
Holy crap what a tutorial, thanks a lot! Banger all the way!
Total gem as always 🤙
Dylan you're a genius.
"Changes" - Dirty South Remix still hits hard
im in your house inside your walls lmao im fucking dying perfectly describes his music
Pretty sick house song
so Dylan Tallchief says: *I'm gonna House you*
My face: *melts*
I can't with the Fisher puns lol
Your "How to" videos are great. Hoping for a "How to Com Truise" next :D
Just found your channel! amazing
That vocal processing is insane!
Was so expecting the second drop at the end to come in with IM LOSING IT
Good tutorial as always
This one was really good!
This is literally goldddddd
This is just quality content
Huge fan of Chris Lake, sick video
1:23 just a pointer for myself how good drums sound haha, I forget sometimes
Chris Lake Co-Produced Losing It with Fisher
5:12 your voice sounded like you were right behind me and scared the shit out of me lol
Top notch video as always Dylan!
You keep giving away the secret sauce like this, KFC gonna be after you
nice one!
Wow, just last week I thought it could be cool if you made a video about tech house, and now here we are.
underrated Video
well we have a banger
Haha jokes on you, your track sounded more fisher inspired than anything else😂. It sounded great btw!
Please do "How to Dinka". I love in a beach, Venice Beach, zero altitude, almost all the songs
"how do you keep coming back"and you show a picture of David Guetta.. lol
Sick!
this is actually so sick hahaha
This is too good xD
yo nice video bro
Wait... the flaws ... are coming from INSIDE THE HOUSE 😱
Haha when guettas face came i lost it
HA!! The song you created slaps! haha
Glad to know so much From this Fisher guy
The lyrics are inspirational
You are genius
Dylan comes back every month
pog
this song is a fisher... i mean banger
That was deadly :)), DAVID "FISHER" GUETTA :))
That's so accurate 😂
Could you do "The Score" next, please ☺
Sick end results where did you got that drum samples from?
I went to a Chris lake concert in San Francisco
lmaooo I love your jokes Dylan, somehow your channel disappeared from my feed and I'm glad it's back, I have some catching up to do, but right after this Fisher song finis- what, when did that start playing
Can you show how to remake Chris Lakes tracks with turn off the lights with fl studio stock plugins.
Fisher is very easy to market, he is a character. Ghost producers are the norm these days haha.
Wait did you just make this song from scratch, it fucking slaps, Wish i had your skills
Just saw you on Netflix, saw the 100k plat in the background haha
Saw your documentary on Netflix btw
That sounded very chris lake-ey. If phisher oz. ever needs a ghost writer he has options... Not that he would ever do that!
Great video as always!
How about a HOW TO KREAM next?
forsenE
notice the amount of compression and limiting on the final output
epic
HOW TO WALKER & ROYCE NEXT?? Barely anyone dares to run thru their production techniques, cause their production is no joke :)
hey , i saw you on netflix 🙋🏼♂️ your another fame 🤙🏽
i would love to see someone make "how to lemon demon" or "how to tally hall"
please release the track!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Oh shiiish
Any swing on the drums? Feels like anytime I draw in the basic pattern w no swing it feels super dead
Actually love the Song :D
I’m losing it
I'm glad if you make a videos about how to Tokyo Machine
"a punch in the gut" ahhahaha
damn some of those basslines sound metal asf
