If you are on console, you have to install the little DLC pack for the game and you can use the weapons.
on PC you should instantly get it after preordering the deluxe edition,

The weapons are sweet, but the Degtyarev thingamajig looks like as if the Fedorov Avtomat and the Lewis gun had a basement baby.

Getting teased with this guns only to find out you have to preoder a game from which you havent seen any gameplay isnt just a kick in the nuts. Its like someone crushed them with a sledgehammer.
Not gonna pre order will wait till launch and see how the game turns out only then will decide to buy or not. but it sucks that only pre order guys are gonna get it bcoz its logical if they pre order BFV they dont need these weapons for to long bcoz they will be playing BFV so really hope they give us these weapons after BFV launches.

These guns are pretty much the same we already have... they don’t even look much different and use the same animations and sounds. What’s the point in adding them, really?
Dice is going to add these guns in bf5. They wouldn't throw them in the game for no reason.

They have some model changes like the 1919's or fedorovs barrel, same for the extra blockyness on the M38, a fireselector on the BARA2 and ... something on the 1911

Why the hell Fedorov-Degtyarev is a Medic weapon? It's classified as a machinegun and should be a Support weapon, just like similar Huot.

I don't understand why people hating the BAR with foregrip. Some of the weapons in world war 1 were experimental including the BAR, which makes it accurate for the game.

The M1911A1 was already in the game its the M1911 because dice was smart to use the A1 model for the original M1911

Captain Falcon I actually just found a way to finally get them in Xbox one, if you downloaded the Deluxe Edition make sure you look up in the search tab battlefield one and five and you should see a thing called enlistment offer. Download that and you should finally get it!

Yeah carrying the second firearm like that would be impossible, with a water jacket like that. The gun would weigh so much in the front.

Idk why but I really like the ambient music in this. Sounds almost a bit like Fallout 1.
Cool to see these get added now, the Fedorov variant especially seems interesting. Seems to have less recoil, or maybe I just always got thrown off by the visible rechambering going on on the original rifle.

Well in the BFV description of the preorder in BF1 it says immediate access to five battlefield 1 weapons so possibly they'll get released eventually. I was gonna get the gold edition anyway. I was just gonna wait till closer to the release date to preorder. Guess I'm gonna preorder it now...

I think the weapons operate exactly the same as ones that already exist because this way, you won't get any advantages by paying. So they did the right thing by avoiding pay2win!

I think I may be the only one who calls the Federov Avtomat the ‘Federal Tomato.’ And it only makes it better since I have the legendary skin for it, making it a reddish colour

I like that it doesn’t have the Trench foregrip and the Storm one that looks like a modern foregrip from the Present Day.
For me it really ruins the look of the BAR Rifle.
Just plain BAR Rifle with Slow Firing and Rapid Fire would make my gun loving day better.
