Rich highlights the things we do for service and support on these SP Scientific Lyophilizers/Freeze Dryers which New Life Scientific is very familiar working with, even the LyoS and Wizard software.
• We have our own refrigeration shop where we restore some of the older models that we have.
• We offer custom-made shelves and vial trays. We have a fabrication shop with stainless steel and laser welding to certain sizes and/or measurements.
• We have a routine maintenance that we go through on all the refrigeration, vacuum pumps, thermocouples, and vacuum gauges.
• We also offer some setup, training, installation and qualification help, follow-up visits, and routine maintenance and PMs.
