Very nice tour !!! Mount Gay rum is probably the best rum in the world , and there is a nice tour of the top-class factory where it is made with precision style . Barbados is probably one of the hottest Islands with consistent sunshine and high temps.
I've been there many times, awesome place! I'm a white guy, and it is mostly black people who live there. BUT, very nice black folks and it is there home so I give them all my respect, I'm just a visitor.

Not that I flip out about crime, but she and i lived in Dominican Republic and the drumbeat of crime was really a downer. I love DR but my GF never really felt comfortable being alone.
My fave is Crane beach and enjoying the view from atop with your favourite drink , over looking the white coral sand beach Polo ridge and I stayed in the Drake house ,
My family history is a little strange, it shows my relatives were married in Barbadoes in the 1740's, our family is in Canada since coming from the USA in early 1800's, my relatives must have come from Barbadoes to the USA and then to Canada, I want to visit Barbadoes and visit the graveyards for my family name, I cant find any written history of the move from Barbadoes, would love to visit there, Jim Church
