You have to believe it in your mind in order to change what is going on around you. That is how you learn to get yourself into a better feeling mood, lifestyle, frame of mind. You can make your own using your cellphone. Just make statements as though you are "already in" your ideal life. It is actually safer to have them customize for your individual needs. It's not a one size fits all. That's why it doesn't work for everyone. But you can find some that include the words, and if they resignates with you then add them to yours own. An example of how it's not a one size fits all approach: You want to lose weight, but you are in a wheel chair. You find a recording that includes "I easily run around the block everyday". Well it's not that you can't visualize that for your future, but your physical body isn't ready for it yet. So your subconscious mind may reject it or even worse, it may accept it and you go try to run around the block and get injured physically. So a healthier alternative could perhaps be to say "I love and accept my body for where it is right now. I eat the right foods and do the exercises that are best for me in this moment. I love getting stronger and healthier every day. This way your subconscious is sent on a mission to find the foods and exercises that are best for you in this moment. This may involve getting others, like a doctor, fitness coach, dietien, etc,involved. Or it may cause the subconscious to bring back things that have worked for you in your past, but you had forgotten about. When I make hypnosis or sublimal recording for my clients I like for them to have me include some of the metaphysical reasons for their problem(s). Because metaphysics get to the hidden root cause of your problems. Your beliefs. Once you discover that and "rewrite the script" you will start living and behaving by your consciously programed design. Not the way others have conditioned you to act and behave. And that's when life truly becomes magical for you. So try it and may you be blessed with having control over your mind and body 🤗❤️👍
