    It's been cool here too.
    We've had a few little misty showers, but not a whole bunch of rain.
    About 65 acres left to go, and we're finished with corn planting.
    Then it's time to get ready for peanuts.

    Good morning, Granny. I have had the experience of deer antlers stuck into tractor tires before. Daniel, you are correct. It does ruin the rest of the day. It happened to a new inside rear dual tire. Same tractor inside front dual a field later. Lost some time over those episodes. Got lucky after that, thankfully. Haven't had any since.

    • @tommathews3964
      @tommathews3964 Год назад

      Those planters will handle that with no problem. (and worse than that) We do a LOT less tillage since planters have improved! Saves a LOT of money. Yields aren't affected, especially since he's applying "in furrow" amendments. I believe he sprayed pre plant and if so a lot of that will be dying off.
