About Lech. I heard that in the legend he founded Lechite tribes. Later, Poles descended from the Lechites, which is why that inconsistency in naming exists. Lechites have their own Wikipedia page.

11:42 - actually the "occupy Moscow" thing is a misconception. Yes, the rule of Polish over Russia was nowhere near stable and mostly meant control over Moscow, but the son of Polish King was crowned Tsar of Russia and all the major nobles of the Russia sweared loyalty to him. For around 6 years, after which despite many pleads to convert the Polish Tsar decided that being catholic is super important to him and he will never become orthodox, so they kicked him out. Interestingly it's exactly the same way his father lost the protestant throne of Sweden. And both of those cases are absurd, cause at this point Commonwealth had freedom of religion enscribed in law for centuries and noone in Commonwealth really carred whether king was catholic, protestant or orthodox, only if they listen to the needs of nobility. But there was a chance of Polish-Lithuanian-Swedish-Russian-Ruthenian Commonwealth that basically controlled half of Europe and 1/4th of Asia. Ah, one can dream.
