Hi RUclips family 😊 This outdoor fire pit will stay here at our home to not only be enjoyed by us; but also for our Airbnb guests to enjoy wood fire grilled meals.
This is a great product, nice one video. We are a Chinese factory that produces fire pits, contact me for purchasing needs. The contact information is on my homepage.
The manufacturer recommends seasoned hardwood (not coal). Coal burns hotter and messier and not as clean so we are only using wood. But we don’t see why one couldn’t use coal. Take care 😊
Great questions. We haven’t changed the sand yet; thus far we have just kept it in. We just use our fire pit occasionally. As far as the wood ash , we don’t have much expertise. We would recommend keeping some wood ash available to be added where you need it. Besides fertilizing, wood ash raises ph so you only occasionally want to add it around those needing a ph raise and you want to add it a few months before growing time. Hope that helps some. 😊
You have to maintain these things or they will rot our like a 70s mopar I have had mine for 6 years, and it just now has needed replacement. how have I had it for so long? I Spray painted the mesh with hi-temp black paint every year I put a good layer of sand in the bottom I changed the sand every season I cleaned it every season I used a firepit grate for it to raise the wood off the bottom I emptied it of water when it rained. and Most importantly... You COVER it during the off season.
Great tips! Thanks Rust like a 70’s mopar 😂 Our daughter bought us a nice cover and we’ve been pretty good about recovering it after each use (knock on wood 😂). I think we may share some of your tips down the road in a video 😊 Stay tuned for more and take care!
Thanks for watching and for posting a comment Jeff. Love the iPhone! It was nice to be able to turn on the camera light and get some great clips. It gets dark fast in October 😊

Love it! Very nice style and looks easy for me to do!
You’ll love this if you buy one! Thanks for watching 😊
Thank you for the video review i just bought this for $79 what a steal
Your welcome. 👌nice
I hope we can many years out of these fire pits 😊
That’s a really nice looking fire pit. Hope it lasts a while for you. You should get a cover for it. Great video
Thanks. They always end up blowing off or ripping so we’re leaning towards not buying a cover 😊
Can you add dirt instead of sand?
Probably would still work I’m guessing but it would add mud to the mix when wet. I would stick to sand 😊
I just bought this today!
Awesome! Enjoy! For Christmas our daughter bought us a nice vinyl cover for ours. Hoping to make it last longer. Thanks for watching.
Thanks because of u the finishing part was easy to build this fire pit. Can u also put charcoal in thins thing or is it just wood?

I think one of the Legs is on backwards. The Burgers looked Great!
I just bought this I’m wondering if pea gravel would work better than sand. I would think sand would hold in moisture.
Great question. I would think pea gravel would work also but honestly not sure which would be better. Sand might be easier to dispose of in our case 😊
hello,
do you have to remove the sand after usage ( especially after cooking)? or you just leave the sand in? also, how do you compost ashes? thanks!

Cute baby laugh 🥰
Thanks. They get more adorable by the day 😊
Can this grill use with charcoal too?
The manufacturer recommends that you don’t burn coal in it. They don’t indicate why. Take care 😊
y older model of this firepit came with a grate to go in the bottom of the firebowl. do you know why this was omitted
It’s been a while so I don’t remember unboxing it but I assembled and showed every part that came with it 😊

Oh my pickles 😂 We bought the quadripod 26" Hampton Bay at Home Depot on sale today. Have you found a nice cover? Thank you for this video.
Thank you and yes, we have & here is our Amazon Link to our "Fire Pit Cover" amzn.to/36MfST9
The ring on mine isn’t straight. Frustrating
So sorry to hear that. Can you call them to send a replacement?
Thanks for posting a comment with your experience for our viewers to consider 😊
That thing won’t last a year,
My best guess is about 3 or 4 years. Maybe you will be shown correct, time will tell. Thanks for leaving us a comment with your thoughts 😊
