      @@samsquanch1234 He actually played on the 96’ squad. He played as a rotational pc off the bench.. He actually did redshirt the next season for the 97 squad that lost in OT in the finals. Returned for senior season on 98 title team winning final four mvp..
      Now Jarred Prickett is the player who redshirted in the 96 season, returning for his senior season in 96-97..

    He's only entering his JUNIOR year? Kid looks super skilled and polished. Obviously well coached and well trained by his basketball playing parents. He might not have the highest ceiling athletically but he's a solid athlete who makes efficient use of what he has. Kind of looks like a taller, leaner version of Joe Girard, maybe a combination of Joe Girard and Mac McClung.

      Yeah it's more than likely geared towards the fact that a lot of pro athletes today get drawn into a state of egotism and possess a superficial mindset that's pretty common in athletes today considering how much money and fame they obtain compared to athletes of generations before. Conor McGregor, Floyd Mayweather, LeBron,etc.. they come jn all ethnicities. Everything is not race oriented, but we do live in a hypersensitive culture now in America where everything is perceived that way unfortunately.

      That was high level AAU play.
      Reed has a lot of talent so I expect him to progress just fine when he gets to D1 competition. Kid has a perfect stroke and a great all around offensive game.
      Defense needs work but all high school juniors defense does.

Then redshirt and sat out 96-97, returning his senior season to lead them to the title and was named Final Four MVP in the 97-98 season.     The thing I like about this kid the most is that he just plays basketball, no trash talking, no stare downs, no celebration after every shot he just plays basketball and is very highly skilled. Obviously has excellent parents, coaches etc.

    Game kinda reminds of Quickley at UK, Herro comparisons are just low hanging fruit imo. Doesn't seem quite as athletic as Tyler and not as long, dudes still a baller though. Happy to have him in la familia let's go Cats!

      Doron lamb at best. Herro was WAY better. Herro could shoot the lights out, and create his own shot for himself and others. More athletic and a good defender. This kid is a pure shooter. Gets away with a lot of stuff in h.s that won’t fly in college. He’s good at playing the passing lanes and help D but gambles too often and can’t stay in front of quick athletic guards. He doesn’t make many mistakes though. Seems to always make the right bball play. #BBN

      @@jodunn4521 Reed has great iq and court vision and unselfish & a playmaker! Not too shabby on the athletic end either got pretty good bounce. He can shoot outside or in he’s a solid player on offense but I see where ya getting he gambles a lot one defense that is the only weakness I see in his game is his defense and lateral quickness could use work that way when he plays extremely fast and athletic guards he can be better on the defensive end. He’s a nice player fs and will only get better in college can’t wait to see him out there repping Kentucky
