I've been binging youtuber's reactions on this since I was saw this song (which was today lol), and you were the first one that showed your reactions on not only your First one but few more take it afterward, which I personally appreciate were much. And btw the lyrics are about typical "introverted" Finnish person that after hard day of work, is having few "drinks of courage" to enjoy his time on the dance floor. Which in it self is the very core Finnish identity tbh :)
Käärijä is such likable person. And this song, even though it's funny - it's not a joke song. It has a meaning behind it. This is a shy man who has a wall on him and after few piña coladas he gets relax and heads to the dance floor, just let's loose and enjoys the world - at least for one night. I think Cha cha has a great change to do really well in the Eurovision. Helsinki 2024? 💚
I’m sorry your mic broke, but I have to say that as a Finn, the timing was incredibly comedic because it happened just as Käärijä started singing ”ja mä jatkan kunnes en pysy enää tuolissa” (and I will continue until I I cannot stay on a chair anymore). 😂 Thank you for your reaction, love from Finland!
There is an official lyric video (with CC in multiple languages), you should watch it if you haven't, yet. I'm Finnish, and my reaction was pretty much the same as yours, I love how the song transcends all language barriers. 💗
Bang! It did have an inpact on you :) Shortly it's a self-ironic story of a guy in Saturday night, after a couple of Pina Coladas he says: "I'm not afraid of the world anymore". Free pourself and dance cha cha cha! The official video (1,9M views!) has the lyrics in English: ruclips.net/video/rNrgQm5z07U/видео.html
The music video is just labeled as "lyric video". Its on umk's channel "Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu" along with the other 6 songs that were in the national finals.
Bart, I just want to say, I can't believe I have only just discovered your channel... !!!! I have SO enjoyed your videos and reactions, you are so engaging, so likeable, so thoughtful. God knows where you learned your English? (I'm from the UK) but you have a REALLY lovely accent. I watched this video and then went down a rabbit hole of lots of your previous reactions.. I've loved everything I've seen ❤
It's just typical worldwide, people are fed-up of the past week all work and hard time, then get some drinks, Pina Colada, to loose up, it is needed for to get rid of the inhibitions what blocks from dancing freely and wild. People are rigid so they need it, when he slow-up he is free and getting happy and dancing. Greetings from Finland!
Yes! That was my exact thought when I heard it too, that it sounds like kpop, at least the second part of the song. But I don't mind that because I used to listen to kpop.
Exactly. It's very very Finnish. You get something very honest, and you either like it or you leave it. It is what it is, we hate pretending. Absolutely hate it. So if you hate the song, it's ok. It's you. And if you like it or even love it, absolutely marvellous. You're the real lucky one. You just won the lottery.
It’s an ironic song about crazy partying and toxic masculinity. He has been a crazy live rapper but this staging and style is completely new. This sounds Japanese music for my esrs and eyes
Au contraire - I find the Norwegian song almost offensive in its childishness. I simply cannot listen to it, and yet I have listened to Cha Cha Cha a hundred times already. I am not trying to be nasty or combative, but I think you will find that this song trounces Norway in the final.
I don't understand the hype for Norway's entry. For me it sounds a very generic power metal song with female vocales and all the cliche's. There wasn't anything I hadn't heard already several times.
Norway starts good, but becomes so flat and tiring in the chorus. And like was said before, Cha cha cha is something you can listen to over and over again, it never loses its magic. I've listened to it probably 100 times.
As Käärijä says: "It's crazy, it's party". _(these are his actual words to describe the song in English 😂)_
There is music video! Came out already a month ago. It has subtitles as well :)

Cha Cha Cha! Best Finnish entry since 2006! 🇫🇮💣💥💚
Hello from Finland! This song makes most of the people smile and maybe even feel happy💃🏻💚🕺🏻Thank you for your reaction, you also made me smile🤗

I am so into this song!
I think this is what we need now in this situation, especially Ukraine. Just fun and dance and forget the outside world for a while.
😄 He broke the microphone but kept dancing.
The Finnish entry sounds like a Japanese song to me. 🎌
Best reaction by far
Happy that you're enjoying the song🤟
This is the best reaction video for Käärijä so far! :D And you are right. This song gets better and better after every repeat.
Watch the BalkanGuy's reaction, he almost starts crying :D ♥
How this makes happy!!

Winner song!!!!
I laughted with you!
It is F-POP, finnish pop for the win
Yes! F-pop 🇫🇮💖🇯🇵
Just another drinking-song.. Greetings from Finland
He says: I want to be intoxicated and free from worries.. ( Haluun olla sekasin ja vapaa huolista )
You do know that many kpop songs are covers of finnish songs
there's like, one. finnish songwriters have written for kpop groups but those songs were never written for a finnish crowd originally.
It's not a gay thing. It's a fun thing. -- Don't you dare steel this from a 50-year old Finnish woman! 🤣😘
some other kind of 'K' thing....lol
xD
Just Finnish music!
F-POP!
Such an embarrasment toward finland... ei nähdä torilla perkele
Sorry, I don't like song.
See, I can understand and respect this simple yes or no comment. As opposed to this zangangi jackass below, who fancies himself a music critic
Nooo 👎👎👎👎🙉🙉🙉💩💩💩
Kindergarten song , a mess.🙄😓 sorry very freaky and tacky for me. Better Norway for me to win.

easy to say for someone who couldnt write a damn thing. Get back to us when you develop any musical or songwritign talent AT ALL.
