For anyone with a winch: I, like the other gentlemen, had a winch installed. Eventually that took strapping the steering wheel to the rock sliders so it wouldn't move in the right spot and getting in and getting it with a wrench/couple wrenches. (I almost took the winch and mount plate out).
I just installed this kit on my 2022 trail sport and as soon as I came across your video I had to watch the whole thing. Removing the bolt on the lower steering shaft at the steering gear was the hardest part. I have a winch installed so I had a lot less room to work with. On the gauge cluster I just unbolted the bracket from frame and remove the cluster with the bracket. It’s a great kit worth every penny.

Love watching you guys work on your cars, I find almost as much enjoyment fixing up my trail 900 as driving it. I just installed a Duraclutch yesterday, took it out today for its test drive. No more bucking starts, much smoother and handles larger tires and wheels without a problem. Keep up with the great videos.

@@rzr.focused after a few hours of running around breaking it in I really didn't notice any big difference in the top end. as far as tires, I purchased from Rocky Mountain ATV Tusk Terrabite Tires 27x9-12 all 4 corners, the bigger difference is the wider Tusk Beartooth Wheels 12x7 4.0 + 3.0 offset.
