100% I just did a 2up ride to Aspen on real roads and my passenger mentioned the bumps in the road. I can’t imagine riding rocky, rutted dirt roads with a passenger.
My boots are filled with water. I feel completely exhausted and I didn't die! Wow this has to be perhaps the best. ADV video I've ever seen. Well done and putting it together and narrating it. You are an amazing Rider! Savannah might be the hero of all doing all of that stuff to up and having the trust and confidence in her excellent Rider. Wow. My wife and I did two up from marble to Crystal falls at 10 minutes and 40 in your video. But I don't think I would try all of that stuff on my KTM 890R Although this video makes me one to.
Thanks for the posting! This route has a very Red Cone feel lol. I've been curious about this route but didn't make it before i moved from CO. Great job sir!
I definitely feel your Pain & Exhaustion…. ‼️ Great video…BTW 👏🏻👏🏻 My (Our group of 6-8) experience there (even most all on 690R’s) turned into a Train Wreck both Physically and Mechanically !! Kudos to you all……. But doing that trail 2up is Very Impressive……for Both Him & Her ‼️🙌😎😎
It really does. I need to sit down and play with it but you can only do so much with the stock suspension. I've been eyeing some suspension upgrades or changing to the Kove 800x for kicks and giggles. Time will tell
In my younger years I've ridden all over Colorado, but never did Schofield Pass for good reason. Can't think of another trail in Colorado that (but others can chime in here...) that would be harder to take a big adventure bike down. Kudos to you!
I'm a novice rider, bought my first adventure bike a few years ago. Honda nc700x but what I really wanted was a small light dual sport. I want one even more after seeing this.
Savanah is a beast! As you were rolling up to the crest of the Punch Bowl I was wondering if you had seen my buddy's video who "yeeted" off that cliff on his 300 ... sounds like you have lol ...
Really nice riding but When you think you're really exhausted, think about me. I'm 61 female stage 4 COPD and I can still ride an African twin pretty hard and when I hit that wall I'm gray with blue lips and my legs stop working lol.. You have so much more left in you, you just don't know it.. as my AA riding "friend" tells me it's all in my head as he Pushes me harder and harder yet I always make it out of the woods.. ❤ that you are beating your bike up the way you should be.
Thanks Tammy! ps, I like those precision matthews machine tools. I just retro fitted a Bridgeport R4E2 CNC mill and run a manual grizzly lathe for the stuff here.
I can’t tell if you are riding those rocky trails standing or sitting.. if you’re sitting you are actually wasting more energy. Kudos for riding the sketchiest trails though lol
i was always wondering why some people bring girlfriends offroad.....i mean you have some time to enjoy life freely with the lads and you bring a girlfriend....jesus christ guys...
Your buddy on the 990 is an absolute animal! Doing some crazy terrain while 2-up.
I agree 100%
Don't know who's crazyer rider on the 990 or the passenger lol😊
100%

Didn't know you could do that two up and sitting down on that terrain. Respect Tenneres big time now.
He absolutely is. Can't keep up to save my life
Both you guys are great riders! But I gotta tell ya that guy doing it two up is freakin amazing!! 👍

Thanks! I try my best out there to keep the rubber parts T7 down haha. And don't be afraid to get that 890 dirty! Those are some capable bikes
A good representation of the suffering one must endure to ride a bike in and enjoy the wonderful parts of the Rocky Mountains. Props to you!
Suffering increased by an order of magnitude by riding a big avd bike.
You guys are BEAST'S thanks for taking me along
Very impressive- you guys rock! …literally, very inspiring

Complete savage doing that 2 up. WHat a beast. But yeah his suspension looked way more dialed. That T7 needs suspension badly.

The guy riding 2 up must be an Avenger!
I'm impressed doing that trail on those heavy bikes. Nice going. I probably wouldn't take anything bigger than my 690 on that one.
Wow, heck of a ride 👏 💪💪 all 3 of you are beasts !
Hardcore man! I’ve ridden Schofield on my T7, it’s life changing!😂😂 great video!
I'm a novice rider, bought my first adventure bike a few years ago. Honda nc700x but what I really wanted was a small light dual sport. I want one even more after seeing this.
You certainly open up trail options with a smaller bike. Not to mention it's not going to exhaust you as fast.

That video was replaying in my head up there and had me full puckered
Riding that stuff on a T7 is NUTS!
Almost as nuts as my pal on his 990! 100 lbs more with a passenger lol
@@ridingwithfriends3234 So True!
Excellent video, you guys nailed it!! Camera footage looks insane … is that a GoPro or Insta360??
I can smell your clutch from here...lol🤣
Yes, that's what Savannah smelled burning
@@ChrisAbeytaTV That moment was actually the tire roasting on the rocks. But also yes, the clutch was probably warmer than usual haha
Such a savages ! Especially with passenger!

I'm tired just watching you ride that trail. I know the pain. I hate this type of trail!
Their a love hate relationship
You should try out dirtbikes and lean to stand on the rocky stuff and let the bike do all the work.
yeah dont think id do that on anything that big respect!
Nice video
Now that is ADV riding, nice job to you both. I would have never been able to do that 2up’ing, special kudo’s to your friend.
Nice Riding
Is it possible for someone to ride off-road with another person on such a rough trail? I can't even handle it on my own
Yes sir! The amount of crazy trails he's done double with her are astounding
Nuckin futz!
Good stuff
990 bugger that
This ride is more "adventure" than those bikes were actually designed for ..
Absolutely right. Tends to make things interesting haha

You do you.
Gets them hot and bothered. We go guys rides when we want to really goof
