I especially appreciate how you’ve broken down tasks into next action. It’s so much less overwhelming this way. When I heard you talk about it for the first time, a lightbulb just went off and I’ve been using this methodology ever since. It’s seriously life changing. I feel like I have control over my life. Even when I get discouraged I know how to get back on track first by breathing, then by going through my list and breaking it down as you’ve explained. It’s so simple yet so enlightening!
Oh, I get it! There are 15 “parts” to the Command Central, and learning all of them takes some practice, but it’s kind of like riding a bike. Once you “get it,” you’ll never go back.
