I think the reason they're doing unique names / companies across all servers is so they can frontload heavy on servers for launch to disperse the population, then when they die off they can merge the servers with no worries about naming conflicts at all.
It doesn't make sense for unique names across all servers. Across each world (4 servers) yes but all servers would be ridiculous. Across all servers you'll end up with names like XXXXxxxxJeffBezosyyyyyZZZZ. We need to verify this.
One tipp, if you complete the shield pickup and block, in the tutorial and skip after, you still get your +1 to Sword & Shield vs. not getting it by skipping immediately. Its only 30-60s investment for a free Sword point.
Demone, I've been following your content since the Genshin release. I LOVE that you're pumping out so much content for this game. I've spent a TON of time in the betas and cant wait for laucnh.

My day 1 launch strategy, spend way too long making my character... Then just kinda screwing around in the first town after the starter area doing basically nothing productive. Maybe pour a stiff drink and shitpost wildly in global chat. Yeah, can't wait.
before skipping, take 5 seconds and get the shield and food from the dyeing captain after the move and block tutorial. will help for few repair parts when salvaging shield and couple pieces of food to get you running.

Good video. I just dont understand the need to rush the game. Everyone will get to the same level. Its a beautiful game why not enjoy each part? I see so many people rush games and after weeks they give up cause they done all... i will take my sweet time enjoying this game :).
I find personal satisfaction in efficiency and optimizing my personal execution in a given activity. As well, this game additionally incentivises rushing the start to ensure you're able to secure the guild name you want before anybody else does and (even more important) get claims to territory before somebody else does. It also serves different types of players differently to get to the "endgame" first. Main ones being PvP players and Crafters. PvP players get value from every moment of experience and every bit of gear advantage they can eke out over everybody else. Crafters make exponentially more money when they're the first/early to corner a market, especially if they can hold keep that corner of the market locked down for a while. Not something for everybody, to be sure, but for some players it matters, or is even the entire reason they enjoy playing games to begin with. Different strokes for different folks!
