I think 'Moon Gravity' is caused by the structure deleting. If you are in the water when it gets deleted the game gets confused and thinks you are still in water when you are not. You can also see 'Moon Gravity' in some custom maps with lots of patches of water, which presumably also tricks the game into thinking you are in water.

City is pretty average for me but what drags it down is that you always randomly get stuck in a container and your run is ended in 5 seconds
