The 1.5 billion is supposed to be spent on the "club" which includes the rebuilding of the stadium. It was never meant to be spent in it's entirety on the squad. And if you think Potter is the one who's giving player names to Boehly you're dreaming, Boehly does what he wants and Potter just takes it... this is all very unsustainable and Chelsea might have some difficult times ahead.

I agree that he needs time. But when you talked about all those great managers with that certain character I think Tuchel should be included. Great resume, great composure and was tough when needed to be with the players or the media. I also think he needed time, just imagine him coaching the players that Potter is getting.
Im keeping a close eye on Chelsea signings a lot of 21-23yr olds to grow together, if they get the right manager or even give Potter time they could be in the title race in 2/3 years. High-key i hope they all flop and chelsea fall into huge debt 🤷♂🤣

I agree with keeping Mount to see if he develops into a better player, but I think the reason people have been asking for him to be sold is that he has not been able to convince a massive portion of the fans even since his introduction during Lampard's time. Back then he was a youth player, now he's a senior player but still can't really be relied upon, yet every manager that comes in plays him b/c he works hard in training. He might actually be one of those players that do extremely well in training, but cannot play to the same level in game.
Listen as a Chelsea fan I’m excited about the future. I am happy with the vision and what the new ownership is trying to do in theory. But we need to see how it pans out in execution. It has to be right man for the project. You lot weren't signing 100mil players then calling it a project. Boehly will cut the rope with Potter because with every signing the expectations shifts to him. If it doesn't work they won't sell the players they just copped. And in my prediction Potter will be out by December. And talking about different managers players what you need is a consistent system we never had a consistent system that's what you call an identity we have an identity which is winning. Boehly chose 4-3-3 he's buying players who fit that role that's commendable. Overall it's a good video but not 100% accurate. Btw an example of a system is Arsenals/Barca/Madrid and City's. They managers coming in will always play with one style. And that's where we are going

He used to play a 3-4-3 against Conte's Chelsea in Conte's first season but the style was the same. This is a system. I might have been wrong but what I meant is the style of play not the positional aspects.
