I once stayed at the star city casino in Sydney and I found a pair of old underpants under the sink in the bathroom and I told management and they said my stay was completely free !! I honestly could not believe it. Not only that when I went to have dinner at the restaurant they had found out it was my birthday and had made us a cake complimentary. I was not expecting it and honestly it didn't deter me from going back again. Because even though I found a pair of underpants in my room, they handled it in such a professional way I was happy to stay there back again the next year. That is how you run a business !!
