The thing about topics like this is that its a double edged sword, you wont get an answer from either side on what it is that people like or dislike about a day dedicated to coming out. Personally idc what people do in their private lives, if they choose to be whatever they want to be aside from what the world considers vanilla, great, have at it. I dont need it thrown in my face though as I have in the past with strangers that i'm meeting for the first time yelling at me for not magically knowing their selective pronouns or whatever words they choose to associate as. I'm sure those people have had tons of hate from people in the past but being assumed to be another one of those people without being given the benefit of the doubt kinda leaves a sour impression. Again, at this point in history everyone can do whatever they want which is great as long as they're willing to accept that in the same breath they want people to address and treat them a certain way they also need to respect other peoples choices to either associate differently or if its in their belief system to not associate with those types of things to not take it as a personal attack because its not, not unless they're actually attempting to do harm then thats different. This topic could be talked about in depth rather largely but at the end of the day, love who you want, go by whatever word/verb/term you want, just dont force your personal beliefs onto others if they're not having it and live your own life, there's no reason everyone cant get along at this point. Not saying you're doing that in the video just speaking in general, live love and enjoy life, its that simple and its a shame when people regardless of their beliefs in life are just cant do that, hope you're well and have a good weekend.
