I have cancer ascendant. Rahu in 8th house in satbhisha nakshatra. Jupiter in Taurus retrograde and venus in 5th house and mars in 9th house. Currently rahu mahadasha runnig from 2011. Is it good? I had a bad time from last 2.5 years.

Leo Ascendant will be applicable to you...Cancer is 12th house in your chart so it has to be analysed in respect to your 12th house.

In initial phase , Rahu will be travelling to Mrigshira..the lord of Mrigshira is Mars which is 5th Lord for Cancer Ascendant and Ketu is already there...so both nodes will impact 5th House at the same time.... However you don't need to worry as transits don't independently... various others factors should also be taken in the consideration...even my wife was pregnant during such a transit and baby got delivered without much complications....
