Pahle apne plot mai hi thodi gali chhode (3' aprox) fir uss per windows bnaye
3. As per nagar nigam low your buildup area can not be 100% of your total area
4. at least leave 30% of land (as per rule) nhi to baad mai legal problem mai pad sakte ho...
5. there is no place left for water harwasting (again illegal)

सर जी नमस्कार, आपके द्वारा बने हुए हर साइज़ के होम प्लान बहुत ही सुंदर और शानदार है मेरी शॉप का साइज़ 33*90 ft है मै इस हॉल के फर्स्ट फ्लोर पर 33* 60 ft मे 4 bhk या 5 bhk का अपना एक घर बनाना बनाना चाहता हू हॉल के फ्रंट से सीडी बनी हुई है जिसका साइज़ 3 ft 6 inch है और पीछे 30 ft जगह छोडनी है अगर कोई होम प्लान बना हुआ है तो उसके बारे में बताए और उसका लिंक भेजे

The front drawing room is completely unnecessary in this plan
you could merge with the dinning hall and make stairs a little bit more wider
