- It’s that time of the year again - spring cleaning before the Chinese New Year! And today, I’ll be doing the most difficult part of the house and that is my closest!
It’s tradition to clean out before the festivities as a symbol of welcoming the good vibes for a new start. So I’ll be showing you how I clean each one of my bags - yes, EACH ONE OF THEM and because I only clean about once or twice a year it can get really dusty (no lie!)

suggestion, remove all the bags first then start dusting from the top going down, because when you start dusting on the top and theres bags below that level, some of the dust might go to your bags. i love you wardrobe and your bag collection my goodness, you are my inspiration for having this kind of closet soon 😍😍😍😍

Watched this great episode twice and hats off to Jamie for being real and cleaned out her own bags despite having enough helper. It shows Jamie is richly a responsible person who appreciates all the beauties around her 💝

Jamie, spend a little cash and buy a sheepskin mit. It’s so much easier than that cheap nylon duster. You put it on like a glove with soft sheepskin outside. You can also spray lightly with a leather polish, which attracts the dust, polishes and cares for the bags. I have only 200 bags and only 50 Birkins, but they are immaculate. And never dusty. Also a dust extraction system in your closet is very good value.
I wish she told us the story about the person who tried to overcharge her for something. :o

Jamie you should put a air purifier in your Closet. I live in a very dry are with dirt build up and a air purifier helped alot :) I love the colors of you Hermes Bags!!!! So many!

Puts me in the mood to clean. I found when I was cleaning one day I was sneezing a lot too so I wore a face mask and it really helped, as I’m so hyper allergic to everything.

I agree with you about the glass. I had glass shelving once and IS A PAIN to keep clean. I would dust everyday because even thin layers of dust would show. And right now my bathroom sink is glass. And dear lord do i hate it.

Why dont you store your Hermes bags with the little dust cloth between the clasps - I though that is to protect the leather and prevent indents from the straps and the hardware?
