Hi Red Panda,
Your hash rate is 520Mh/s and the Network hash rate is 205Th/s .SInce 1Th=10^6 Mh, the probability that you will mine next block is 2.53*10^-6. So mean numbers of blocks after which you will mine a block =1/(2.53* 10^-6)=395256.92. Since the block time of Litecoin is 2.5 minutes, the meantime after which you will mine a block=395256.92*2.5=988142.3 minutes=16469 hours=686 days. In this calculation, I have assumed the network hash rate will not increase. So the finding of your block by mining solo will be a normal distribution with mean 686 days and variance(I don't know).

Hey there Sourav , can you please tell me if you have any ideea about DOGE mining rewards over time ? using a 500mh/s asic like L3+ , how many mining rewards one could get in 2013 vs 2014 vs 2015 vs 2016 vs 2017 and so on ? assuming either solo mining or PPNLS on AntPool or any other large pool ? i just want to understand how bad did the rewards drop over time (per day on average) , i'm so confused if keeping my doge vs spending them on mining equipment will be a better idea
i believe the next market top will be in q2 2022 and 1 doge = 6.9$ to 69$ (hopefully the latter) judging by the last market cycle top 2nd leg price increase (1st peak to 2nd peak)

i have 3 usb litecoin miners a whoping 15mh but its fun tune and get them running , keep up the good work man.
you need like a countdown, the value of 12.5 litecoin vs amount of power used, see if you hit a block before running out of power
I'm Solo mining Litecoin with 4 - L3+ ... one is a ++ ... I run 220v electric to them,
costs $165 electricity per month (instead of double).
with the 4 miners running on ProHashing, the top speed recorded was 3.34 GH/s
I've just started it up again, so no blocks yet.
Someone mentioned DGB (digibyte) it is much easier to find blocks, but coinbase doesn't accept DGB.

Use an ipscanner on your computer or your phone to easily find the IP address of the devices on your network. I use angryIPscanner and another one is advancedIPscanner

I recently found a block as a member of litecoinpool...kinda pissed me off becuase so far I have found 3 blocks for the pool and they have only paid me 40 LTC over 3 years...I actually would have more coins if I had mined solo...
your probably going to be mining for about 3 months before you find a block but I guarantee youll find a block if you do NOT use a pool and mine to your own wallet server...otherwise your just better off using P2Pool...

Blizz works good but careful because you can damage the chips. I have a few L3s that i have doing 660mh at 1000 watts with Blizz. Its not super worth it unless you just hold hold hold.

@@kevinanthony9644 you log into the machine by the ip address. Must be on the same home network.
They are pretty easy to set up. I have no experience in this stuff and one app and a comp and I was making money In minutes. For a few it's plug and play for a network more knowledge will be needed.

I have so many problems with my mining setup lol, ram is not compatible with motherboard but is working, video randomly green screens at stock settings, nicehash is showing 2 cores 4 threads. Asus88x-pro, corsair vengeance ram 2400mhz (pc reads 1333mhz with the bios dtpd or whatever it is, is on.), a8-6600k black edition.
Oh, video card is a brand new less than 2 weeks old asus rx5700
It holds at mid 52mh
I had the brand new motherboard refurbished so I could get better diodes and metal capped bus's
@@americanmechanic909 Reset the bios by clearing the cmos. Then reinstall drivers, and make sure that you're using a good enough power supply.
@@mehmeh1999 i changed the ram and reset the bios and redownloaded everything, problem now is the updates made everything smaller.

Hey man , i see you're knowledeable about mining , i just started recently on doge , how can one find out about the history of rewards ? like how many DOGE per day one could get with an L3+ in 2014 vs 2015 vs 2016 and so on ? especially interested after then 100 bil supply cap was reached and only 5BIL year are minted , i'm guessing that must count (lower rewards maybe)

Hey man , how can one see history of how many DOGE per day (like a chart or at least 1-2 values a year) over the years ? i am just curious how bad did the rewards drop over the years (especially since 100BIL supply was reached and basically only 5BIL a year was minted/mined) . i just started recently with 20doge a day , and it's already down to 17 doge a day today
I'm a n00b too but have a little more history. Last 4-5 weeks, I'm seeing as little as 15 doge per day and as much as 21 doge per day (yesterday was 20 and today was 16). I've noticed you get slightly less when the price is stable but more when the price fluctuates. No idea if there's a correlation (like transaction fees bonus).
