Mine got delivered today and I am really happy with it. I think the hair is transparent at the ends because it is sometimes shown to become a lighter pink-ish color in some renders. I also share the feeling about the base. I might consider adding some weights underneath. The only real "complaint" I might have is that the axe fits either very loosely or I have to squueze it into her thumb. That puts slight tension on her hand and I dont know how I feel about that considering how much I paid for her.
I got mine off eBay 2 years ago, and including tax, but free shipping, I got it for about $730.
