One of my favorite cities. It used to be known as a bohemian place, a lot of artists, and very affordable to live there. Now it's tough, rents are very high, and jobs there don't pay very much. Still a great and unique place to visit though

I agree costs have gone up. However, I believe most Americans have a spending problem and moreover aren't willing to sacrifice or do what's necessary to change their situation. They make excuses, I used to be one of them, but I realized you gotta do whatever takes to save money, give up some things for a while and boom your solid. Now enjoy life!

I think a lot of people would move overseas if they had the money to do so.

I think your comments about the impossibility of saving money and getting ahead are true in other parts of the world not just USA, my homeland. You really do have to do things differently if you want to break free from the slave system. Decide! Then choose a different path. Do your research and find your own path.❤

Just to be clear, you suggested rents are increasing because developers are building new housing. This is objectively wrong. You’re getting it ass backwards. Developers are buying up real estate and building housing BECAUSE RENTS ARE INCREASING. rents are increasing because there is a housing shortage. The only way to get to affordability it to build, build, build. As newer properties get built, those with money can move to the newer more expensive housing, eliminating the price pressures on older housing. This problem was created by not building enough housing over decades. It’s not gonna be fixed over night. It won’t be fixed at all if people keep opposing new developments.

I think there is clear price gouging on, and developers would be buying up real estate even if there wasn't a housing shortage, that's what they do, with an endless supply of money. I didn't suggest that's the only reason housing has become unaffordable, there are a couple issues going on here. Whatever the reasons/causes, I don't believe anything will change any time soon. All of us can see the cost of everything has been rising, and much of it is by design. The screws are being turned on all of us. I'm not so concerned with arguing this point though, you have your view and that's fine. My main concern in making this video, is being priced out of being able to live, and myself and many people I know these days are dealing with this issue on the front lines, so to speak

"light quadricycles" up to 4 kw or 480cc diesel engine, those "quadricycles" looks just like normal car, everything absolutely. Thing is consumes less than gallon of diesel per 62 miles of distance.
